The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is just minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects as described. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The house looks exactly like the photos and is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lake view is beautiful. The host is very responsive which makes my communication much easier. I would recommend it 100%.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

We are a group of 10 friends who came to enjoy the weekend in the area for a trail and we were delighted. We were hosted very well by Aydugan. The house is beautiful, warm, and has all the necessary amenities. The heated pool is a real plus. We'll be back!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I had a great stay at this apartment. The place is beautiful, with neat decor. Ideally located, close to the thermal baths and the city center. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and quiet. I would highly recommend it!

Marie-Laure's room immediately makes you feel like you're at "home", it's very well decorated and really very clean. You can drop off your car nearby and do everything on foot during your stay, a perfect location! In addition, the room is in a former palace with a magnificent hall, grand staircases and huge corridors... I love it! I'll definitely be back!

Superb location, aptly named! Small cocoon with everything you need for 1 to 2 people. We spent 3 days in 1 wow setting! Between lake and mountain. The calm and the greenery being there, it was very refreshing. We recommend this charming studio for anyone looking for a mountain spirit. David & Muriel

I was visiting Aix les Bains with a friend and we were both with our motorcycles. The closed box in an underground garage is pure happiness. The accommodation was great for our 5-day stay. City center 2 steps away and for those who like to walk, the lake is accessible in 40 minutes. Otherwise, the bus is there to take you there. Finally, to summarize, everything was great in relation to my expectations and our host was always available to answer any questions I had. I would recommend it. I will definitely be back.

Very nice apartment, well located in Aix, 2 minutes from the lake, well-equipped and clean. We were able to easily get to Annecy and Geneva I'd recommend it without a second thought

Sebastian's apartment is in a beautiful location. I enjoyed the view of the lake whilst sitting on the terrace or looking out of my bedroom window. The apartment is self contained and it was lovely to have my own space to cook my evening meal and prepare for the next day. The bed was comforable and the room a good temerature, in spite of the warm weather. I had everything I needed and would love to return there.

We stayed for one night with the family and our 3-month-old baby. Everything went well, the accommodation is clean and well located. Note that there is no elevator to access the accommodation if you have a stroller. Our baby suffered from the lack of air conditioning (extreme heat that we didn't expect) but fortunately there was a small fan for naps and at night!

2 night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful mountain view and also on the overhead parking, large studio with all the essentials (bed linen, coffee, internet). Bonus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so to find your way from the basement to the exit is complicated. I did not meet Alain (independent check-in) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

Beautiful little base to visit the region, but a little far from the center to go on foot. Very good communication with Marie Claire if not a little rigid on departure times... but I recommend it!

Excellent stay at Virginie's, the apartment is comfortable and very clean. We would recommend it unreservedly!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's place. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊
