Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brisbane Water

We had a perfect weekend at Chloe and Rohan's home. They've done a great job setting up the home for guests while still maintaining all of the thoughtful and cozy attributes of a home. The location is perfect and the deck offers a fantastic view of the ocean, which was very walkable and their native landscaping offers a bit more privacy. Chloe made everything extremely easy with a useful pdf pamphlet of things to know about the area and tips. Our dog loved the very secure yard! We hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. The house itself was spotless, super clean. The home had a great view of Avoca Beach and was in a private location. It was a perfect size for a couple and the bathroom was great. Lisa was a great and thoughtful host and thought of all the little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Bread (2 types which I didn’t expect - based on what I liked and what my husband preferred), eggs, a number of options for breakfast toppings, cereal and milk. And coffee of course based on what we preferred. Fruit bowl was also provided and some sweets to welcome us into Lisa’s home. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had and recommendations for where to eat in the area. The Cowrie is an upmarket fine dining restaurant about 5 mins walk from the home. Plenty of other delicious options for eating out in Terrigal and Avoca Beach. I was also lucky enough to have a couple of lovely massages in house. I would highly recommend Lisa’s home for a getaway.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

My partner and I stayed at Angela’s beautiful place over the weekend for a Sydney getaway and it was fantastic. Upon arrival the view was incredible, with curtains peeled, the balcony had a great overlooking view of Terrigal Beach. The amenities within the room we’re amazing and truely made us feel at home! Angela was very responsive from the moment we booked the stay, and was super accomodating. We will most definitely book with Angela again if we ever find ourselves in Terrigal, and would recommend anyone to do the same!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was actually bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise! The garden is beautiful and it's right opposite the beach so location is fantastic. David was very accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out. Would definitely recommend!

5 stars! Jenny is a superb host. She's very communicative with a auper clean, super comfy Air Bnb. The personal touches like a beer, brie, and bread, butter, and jelly in the fridge along with the "Maybe you forgot these" basket in the bathroom. So nice! Highly recommended :)

We had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach or a supermarket. It's also an easy 15 minutes to the main shopping area for a busier evening when wanted. There is an excellent dining/living room space which is larger than suggested in the photos. Overall we thoroughly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage. The location was fantastic – just a short walk to shops, the station, ferry, and all the local amenities. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the thoughtful touches like the breakfast basket, snacks, and milk were so appreciated. The space was cozy and comfortable, and we especially loved the peaceful garden – such a lovely spot to relax. A truly delightful place to stay!

I stayed here for two nights and the place was absolutely lovely. Attached to the main house but had its own private entrance and space. Karen and Sean provided a range of amenities including fresh bread, multiple spreads, juice and milk. They are very thoughtful hosts! One of the drawers even had a sleeping mask and earplugs, not that I needed them. The location is close enough to most things on central coast but you will need a car to get around.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and incredibly peaceful. One of the highlights was waking up and relaxing in the evening with the calming sounds of ducks and birds just outside. Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Highly recommend!

We’ve just found our regular Dee Why accommodation. We absolutely loved our stay with Tanya & Col. Great communication, easy check in, and home exactly as described. It is just so fantastic to stay in a home that is probably equipped to cook and clean. From the eggs and bacon in the fridge upon arrival, to the condiments, to the full suite of cleaning products, this home is set up to enjoy how ever you decide to spend your breach break.

We loved the location in among sub-tropical bush; very quiet, lots of birds. The view of Pittwater from the living area was just so lovely. We had great times strolling on the beach at Clareville and swimming and walking the beach at Palm Beach. We dined at the Clareville which is a beautiful restaurant , great staff and superb food. The apartment is compact with dining, cooking, lounge and bathroom all on the entrance level and the main bedroom down some stairs. We didn't use the second bed which is up some steep stairs in a mezzanine space. Guy was very efficient and arranged everything very well. We didn't meet him but he reached out to us several times during the 6 nights we were there to ensure we were ok.

We had an amazing holiday at this place. Great room, great location and surroundings. Bradley is a great host, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Min was an amazing, helpful, and caring host! I traveled alone and felt very safe in her home. The room and bathroom were nice and clean.

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Rowie was a lovely host for our brief stay in her beautiful part of the world. Helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy and the space clean and tidy. We’d gladly stay here again

Harold and his place was our stay for our first visit to Sydney. He is very hospitable drove us to the nearest train station even on our last day at 4 am. The place is very art filled, has European vibe and has been tastefully done. The two dogs and cat will welcome you playfully. The place is well connected to central Syndry via train and buses. Staying at the Tumbi Tiny was an absolute delight! Nestled in the serene forests surrounding Newcastle, the location offered a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The cabin itself was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while embracing the natural surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling of leaves felt truly magical, and the outdoor seating area provided stunning views of the forest. Fiona and Dean were incredibly welcoming, offering detailed recommendations for nearby hiking trails and local attractions. Our children had an amazing time Fiona even let them collect eggs from the chicken coop and provided plenty of games to keep them entertained. We had initially planned to visit the beaches, but staying at the Tumbi Tiny was so wonderful that we didn’t want to go anywhere else! This stay was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a
