Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brisbane Water

We had a perfect weekend at Chloe and Rohan's home. They've done a great job setting up the home for guests while still maintaining all of the thoughtful and cozy attributes of a home. The location is perfect and the deck offers a fantastic view of the ocean, which was very walkable and their native landscaping offers a bit more privacy. Chloe made everything extremely easy with a useful pdf pamphlet of things to know about the area and tips. Our dog loved the very secure yard! We hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. The house itself was spotless, super clean. The home had a great view of Avoca Beach and was in a private location. It was a perfect size for a couple and the bathroom was great. Lisa was a great and thoughtful host and thought of all the little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Bread (2 types which I didn’t expect - based on what I liked and what my husband preferred), eggs, a number of options for breakfast toppings, cereal and milk. And coffee of course based on what we preferred. Fruit bowl was also provided and some sweets to welcome us into Lisa’s home. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had and recommendations for where to eat in the area. The Cowrie is an upmarket fine dining restaurant about 5 mins walk from the home. Plenty of other delicious options for eating out in Terrigal and Avoca Beach. I was also lucky enough to have a couple of lovely massages in house. I would highly recommend Lisa’s home for a getaway.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

My partner and I stayed at Angela’s beautiful place over the weekend for a Sydney getaway and it was fantastic. Upon arrival the view was incredible, with curtains peeled, the balcony had a great overlooking view of Terrigal Beach. The amenities within the room we’re amazing and truely made us feel at home! Angela was very responsive from the moment we booked the stay, and was super accomodating. We will most definitely book with Angela again if we ever find ourselves in Terrigal, and would recommend anyone to do the same!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was actually bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise! The garden is beautiful and it's right opposite the beach so location is fantastic. David was very accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out. Would definitely recommend!

5 stars! Jenny is a superb host. She's very communicative with a auper clean, super comfy Air Bnb. The personal touches like a beer, brie, and bread, butter, and jelly in the fridge along with the "Maybe you forgot these" basket in the bathroom. So nice! Highly recommended :)

We were extremely lucky to fine Ben's apartment. We sold our house and were waiting for our new apartment to be built. We stayed at Ben's for several weeks and loved it! The location was perfect for us with the lagoon for morning walks with our dog and the beach for a swim in the afternoon. We frequently visited the local Thai and Italian restaurants which were fantastic and so close to the apartment. Short walk to Narrabeen shops. Thank you Ben for your hospitality.

Your humble abode was the perfect place to get away and nice & close to 8 on Trinity for our lunch. The bed was comfortable, space with clean and neat and the location easy to find and whisper quiet.

My family of four spent the whole month of January in Stephen and Moyra’s place. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. It is much more spacious than we thought and we felt comfortable and private almost immediately. We will definitely consider going back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage. The location was fantastic – just a short walk to shops, the station, ferry, and all the local amenities. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the thoughtful touches like the breakfast basket, snacks, and milk were so appreciated. The space was cozy and comfortable, and we especially loved the peaceful garden – such a lovely spot to relax. A truly delightful place to stay!

I stayed here for two nights and the place was absolutely lovely. Attached to the main house but had its own private entrance and space. Karen and Sean provided a range of amenities including fresh bread, multiple spreads, juice and milk. They are very thoughtful hosts! One of the drawers even had a sleeping mask and earplugs, not that I needed them. The location is close enough to most things on central coast but you will need a car to get around.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and incredibly peaceful. One of the highlights was waking up and relaxing in the evening with the calming sounds of ducks and birds just outside. Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Highly recommend!

Harold and his place was our stay for our first visit to Sydney. He is very hospitable drove us to the nearest train station even on our last day at 4 am. The place is very art filled, has European vibe and has been tastefully done. The two dogs and cat will welcome you playfully. The place is well connected to central Syndry via train and buses. We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was both nice and convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights was the adorable chicks. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Tumbi Orchard for our Babymoon (ahead of baby #2). We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing spot to catch up on sleep and generally feel very relaxed. Fiona and Dean have impeccable taste and spared no expense on quality furnishings, down to their plates and cutlery matching the lux colour scheme. The bath overlooking greenery was delightful. The bed very comfy. And the fire heater a nice option for that romantic touch. Only a short drive from The Entrance, Long Jetty and lots of great restaurant options - definitely check out Carne & Cucina. Fiona and Dean responded within minutes but managed to stay out of our way to give us full privacy. Would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

The two days I stayed at Rose's home on the Scottish island were the warmest, most peaceful and wonderful time I had this year. Rosemary superb cooking skills, appetizers, main courses, and desserts after dinner amazed me at the first dinner, and the breakfast was beyond my expectations. The interesting and loving people on the island will leave a deep impression on you. Although I am not good at English, Rose and Colin are always so patient and considerate to communicate with me happily. Oh, I have only been away for two days, and I have already missed her goat's milk cheesecake, salmon, and handmade ice cream. I will arrange to go back again as soon as possible, bringing a hat and a bottle of wine...

Staying at the Tumbi Tiny was an absolute delight! Nestled in the serene forests surrounding Newcastle, the location offered a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The cabin itself was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while embracing the natural surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling of leaves felt truly magical, and the outdoor seating area provided stunning views of the forest. Fiona and Dean were incredibly welcoming, offering detailed recommendations for nearby hiking trails and local attractions. Our children had an amazing time Fiona even let them collect eggs from the chicken coop and provided plenty of games to keep them entertained. We had initially planned to visit the beaches, but staying at the Tumbi Tiny was so wonderful that we didn’t want to go anywhere else! This stay was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a
