Vacation rentals with lake access in Brisbane Water

Delightful light filled three bedroom cottage which was spotlessly clean. We felt right at home immediately and so comfortable. It didn’t matter where you put your hand in the kitchen, whatever you needed was there. The layout of the kitchen was logical and thoughtful. Huge pantry with various supplies to complement whatever you might be cooking in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and complemented by crisp linen and a variety of pillows. The bathroom was very new and spotless. It is by far the best B n B in which we have stayed. Check in was simple and convenient. The secure parking was a bonus. Sharon and Andrew were marvellous hosts, friendly and helpful. We shall return. Thank you guys for a lovely stay. We felt very welcome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views were stunning, and the surrounding area was so peaceful and serene — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen and pantry were incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking at home really convenient. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel welcoming and practical, and it’s very well suited for a longer stay. We also loved the great local café nearby — it quickly became our go-to for coffee and breakfast. Stephen was a fantastic host: clear, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this stay to others!

David’s house at Woy Woy is an absolute lakeside haven. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and stunning views. The home is beautifully presented—clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you could need. But the real highlight is the backyard that opens right onto the lake, complete with a private jetty. We spent hours fishing, watching the wildlife, and enjoying morning coffees and sunset drinks with a view that’s hard to beat. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, yet still close to shops and cafes. David was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. Whether you're after a peaceful retreat, or a base to explore the Central Coast, this place ticks every box. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing weekend at Carol’s place relaxing , listening to the waves and enjoying being by the beach. Everything was perfect- thank you so much! We’ll be back soon!

We loved our stay at Rebecca's house. The house was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Fabulous kitchen and lots of utensils and crockery for a large family. There was also other extra pantry supplies like oils, vinegars etc. The butler's pantry was a big bonus. Beds and bed linen were superb as were the bathrooms. The laundry had excellent appliances and lots of space. The view from the house was amazing, and we spent many hours on the front verandah playing games and relaxing with the family. We were able to walk up to the nearby Empire's D'Lite (deli/supplies and coffee), Sorrento Pizzeria and bottle shop. We didn't need to go out much as we could really relax in the home. Just made a few trips in the car to the supermarket when needed. As Rebecca mentions the house is set high and the land goes up and up, so lots of stairs, so it would not suit anyone with difficulty walking up stairs. Despite this, I would highly recommend staying at Rebecca"s House.

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Beth is a warm and gracious host and the studio is really spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a generous complimentary selection of snacks and fruits, which was an extremely welcoming touch in case you were a bit peckish on arrival. The garden is a beautiful space in which to relax as well - I just wished we'd had time to try out the BBQ! Beth's place is within striking distance of Palm Beach or Avalon Beach and we always walked (allow 30-40 minutes to either); alternatively, the #199 bus services Barrenjoey Road every 5-10 minutes. We found Beth's place to be an excellent base for enjoying and exploring the area and highly recommend this place to others.

Another Fantastic stay at The Penthouse ! Peter is an amazing host. This is our second time staying here and we are making it a yearly trip to look forward too! Stunning views, spa is so relaxing , close to everything and the penthouse is stunning . Highly recommend! Thanks again Peter :)

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

Perfect place for a small family with children. Location is private, quiet and driving distance to everything. Neighbourhood was fun and interesting to explore. Our daughter loved all the animals within the neighbourhood and also loved walking to and from the lake. Great stay. Highly recommend. Jimmy is a great host who really checks in with you to ensure everything is going smoothly and to your standards.

We had a relaxing stay at Mark's place, the location is amazing, right across from the beach and next to lagoon. 2 min walk to shops and 10 min walk to surf club, made it a very handy location. The decor was excellent, Mark has carried out a great renovation on the little beach house, it was very warm and inviting for duration of our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The views were absolutely stunning – waking up to the calm water just outside our window was magical, as was the serene sunset. It was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing two-night stay, including a cheese platter provided. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway right on the water!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Moneesha’s cottage. From the moment we arrived, Moneesha was incredibly hospitable. She kindly let us check in early and check out late, which made our trip even more relaxing. The cottage itself was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The serene setting by Lake Munmorah made it a truly restful escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Howard’s love shack was beautiful and cozy, comfortable bed and enjoyed the views and the outdoor fire. Fishing was interesting, wanted to catch a fish but ended up catching a couple of eels. Had a lovely weekend and will be back soon.

Great location. Lovely and homely. We thoroughly enjoyed our time away from the city in this really quiet and secluded home. Fully fenced so our fur baby could run around and play. Also enjoyed our walks by the water. A real time out. Thank you Yvonne 🥰
