Vacation rentals with a patio in Brisas de Zicatela

Excellent service, we didn't have any problems, the Airbnb is quite nice and matches the description, you just have to take into account that the road to get there is unpaved and that there is no hot water. Recommended!

Martina was very helpful and gave lots of information. It is a well run Airbnb and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Apartment is new and spacious . We had a great time sitting on the patio and watching the sunsets. It’s close to the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. We loved hanging out in the pool in the afternoons. The plants and the architecture around the pool were beautiful. We highly recommend this place and would love to come again. It was a wonderful trip . Thank you!

Very nice stay, Cirilia is always very friendly and attentive, good communication, the house is in a good area, you don't feel insecure, very close to Zicatela beach, the rooms have very good air conditioning because the heat is good, the shared terrace has a good view, there is a very good little store on the corner for anything. Overall very good, I would come back.

It was our first time in Puerto Escondido and the accommodation was really wonderful. Eduardo welcomed us when we arrived, and we were able to check in a little early, for which we are really grateful. We came from very far away and we were tired. The apartment was really clean and tidy. There was a jug of water that was really appreciated, and in the bathrooms, shampoo, toilet paper and body soap, which were really appreciated. The pool is large and very nice, with a wading pool for the children. We loved it! Good location, thanks for the attention and we hope to be back soon!

we had a great stay at the location! everything was clean and the garden with pool is beautiful. nonetheless the best part was the friendly team with nubia, roccio and martin! the place seemed to be filled with love! highly recommended!

Very nice place, it's as shown in the photos. You have the beach about two blocks down, there are two sections with slopes but not so long, you have restaurants, clubs nearby but without hearing noise or anything like that, it is private, the area is super safe, restaurants, massages and classes nearby, it has a super nice view of the beach, on the terrace you can see the sunset very nice and it is super relaxing with the air it gives. They have an ice bath that I recommend you try if you haven't already, a very good combination with being tired from the beach. And honestly, everything was very comfortable. We had other quiet tenants, so everything was very comfortable. There are many places within walking distance.

This is just a great place to stay. La Punta can be a busy place with a lot to offer - great food, a great beach, a super lively atmosphere - but this place makes all that accessible without being right in the middle of it. Tucked away at the end of the street, the place is really quiet. And once you arrive, you won't believe your good fortune. The house is really well designed, but the pool is the absolute highlight - a little oasis of cool and calm - with plenty of places to lounge about as the sun arcs across the sky. The bedrooms are equipped with both fans and air conditioning, which means you can rest assured that you will be able to adjust the temperature to your liking so you can get a good night's sleep. Brenda and Roman met us at the place, gave us a helpful tour, provided great recommendations, and were cheerful and responsive in the help they offered. And - if you go - don't miss La Casa del Surfer for breakfast, lunch, and awesome local vibes.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Vo. It is just as beautiful as what the pictures show. It is only a few minutes away from the beach and an entire block of restaurants and cafes. Our host, Sylvia, and her friend were very welcoming and helpful during the entire process. Although the Internet connection sometimes is unstable in the entire local region, it only stayed malfunctioning for half a day. We received a lot of local tips as well! Will definitely return when I come back.

The house is beautiful and the outdoor area with the pool is great. It is just as shown in the photos/ Gwelona is charming and helped us at all times with any questions or issues. House in a quiet area but with easy access to everything, beach, restaurants... I recommend it.

We had a great time and felt ourselves at home for the two weeks! We were positively surprised, as we found that the house and the services were even better as described. If ever going back to Puerto Escondido, would book again :)

Spacious, clean and pleasant apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Possibility to ventilate the space with the balconies on both sides of the apartment. Responsive host and she gave us tips for activities around.

Such a lovely place! We found the room to be very comfortable and clean, the view from the balcony was incredible. We loved being able to take a dip in the pool because the beach nearby is not swimmable. Eva was so friendly and helpful, she responded quickly to messages and offered to help us arrange tours and taxis. The location is sort of right in the middle of Zicatela, you can walk to bars and restaurants in either direction quite easily. It was very nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast and coffee and we didn’t find the noise from the nearby bars to be disruptive, it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. We will miss the spectacular sunsets right outside our bedroom window!

We stayed at Alfonsos Place for 5 nights and we really liked it. The apartment was exactly as described, the room seemed even bigger than the pictures. It was clean and not too loud, but you can still hear noise from the street. It‘s located perfectly at a street where you can either walk to playa zicatela or catch easy transportation options for the area. At last, Alfonso was a great host, he was very helpful and gave us so many tips and information about everything we needed. He made us feel very at home and welcome!

Eli provided us with many tours with trusted agencies and was always attentive to our needs. She 🥰 is an excellent host! Don't hesitate to book with her!

This was our second stay at this apartment because we liked it so much the first time. Teresa and Omar are responsive, kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is clean, very comfortable, private patio, and good kitchen and A/C in the bedroom. Location is easy 10 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Puerto Escondido (Carrizalillo) and access to a selection of good restaurants. We would have no reservations recommending.
