We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s home! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in a fantastic location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Susan was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. Lovely little place. Very clean and looks perfect. Glasses ready chilled in the fridge. Private courtyard is great to have. Beautiful beach right across the road. Wonderful location. And three cheers for Indy, the perfectly behaved and very friendly resident hound.

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Great space for a family very nice neighbourhood. Walk to the beach for afternoon swim or ice cream in the Main Street.

Location is good as it is just 3 mins drive from the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The house is well designed. However, it is a little pity that the cleanliness is not up to standard - rubbish from previous tenant is not thrown and there are lots of spider webs near the ceiling corners. Also we personally think that the water pressure is not strong enough. The kitchenwares are a little old though. Apart from these, everything else is just nice. We really like the design of the house and the spaces are more than enough to accommodate our families. We do enjoy our stay! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to the promenade (some of our group walked/ran to St Kilda each day), supermarket, restaurants and other shopping all a short walk. Close to city for exploring there too. The lounge area is really roomy and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom but a second toilet downstairs. Great sound system with bluetooth so was nice to have background music of our own choosing too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Malibu house. Kim was responsive and helpful prior to and throughout the duration of our stay. It was perfect for family getaway and the pool and trampoline were a real crowd pleaser for the young kids. Location wise, it was an easy and quick walk to the supermarket and a short drive to both Mt Martha and Mornington. You could easily get out and explore, but you could also just as easily stay at the house because it had everything you needed - we swam everyday in the pool! The kitchen was fantastic for cooking up multiple dishes at once and had plenty of utensils, pots and pans. I also appreciated the generosity of the amenities such as the fancy shampoo and conditioner and nice hand wash in the bathrooms. It added a real touch of luxury! If you have a group with families or friends, this house is a haven of relaxation. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. We had a beautiful Autumn stay in this property. Walking distance to the beach and 7 minute drive to St Leonards and Port Arlington. The house was lovely and modern with so many extra features. We loved that the kitchen was so well appointed. Lots of space so no one was on top of each other. The primary bedroom was a luxury get away on its own. The host was very prompt with her responses, and some homely touches provided. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely stay in a safe, suburban street. Very pretty, well maintained garden and good fencing, providing a general sense of privacy. Modern renovations, comfortable beds, very clean. Perfect for a family that wanted to be close to amenities, yet not on a main road.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this pet-friendly Airbnb in St Leonard’s, Victoria! The house was beautifully clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was perfect for our dog, with plenty of space for him to explore and relax and even a doggy door for him to get in and out as he pleased. The location is ideal—quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk/drive to the beach. The communication with the host was seamless, and they were very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend. We will definitely be back!
