Beach condo vacation rentals in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Excellent place! Close to the beach, short walk away! Apartment was like Linda described, clean, spacious, bright, well equipped. Beautiful kitchen, laundry room available. Very close to transportation. Bus 51, 52. Ferry will bring you fast to Manhattan. Linda was always responsive, helping in every situation. I felt like home from the beginning. Linda is a great human being, very nice and kind. A++++ service.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

We had a fantastic stay at Holly's apartment, and felt right at home. We stayed for a week and would definitely recommend for longer stays. The apartment has great amenities and we loved the furnishings! The commute to NYC is simple and convenient, though the path station is around a 20 minute walk. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation is really convenient for visiting New York and only a 6-7 minute walk to the PATH lines that go to Manhattan. Hoboken is also a beautiful city to visit with everything nearby. Pranay and Urja hosted us really well and gave us a lot of advice for our visits. They're great hosts. 😉 Thank you!

We had a great stay in this house, It is perfectly located in the peaceful neighborhood and few steps to NJ transit Bus stop to commute to New York City and in and around the Jersey city and assigned car parking spot makes the stay even more easier. All the amenities are as described in the listing and pictures. We will definitely come back again !.

Many good bars in the area. Catch a ferry to Manhattan for an excellent view.

The pictures dont donit justice, Anna's place is much bigger than in the pictures and sparkling clean and done up very tastefully. Everything was very eas and she left detailed instructions which made everything very easy and simple. Anna was always available and very easy to get in touch with. She was extremely hospitable and understanding and me and my family felt completely at home there.

They responded quickly and were very kind!

Andi was a great host. We loved the area. It offered a sense of serenity from the madness of Manhattan, but still had great cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. Access to Manhattan was incredibly easy via either the 126 bus straight into New York, or a short walk to the Hoboken station and then the Path (subway) only one stop to the West Village and beyond. We loved our time at Andi’s and highly recommend her house.

Great apartment for our group, had everything we needed. The mattress choice was heaven sent. Perfect for crashing out after walking all day in the city.
