This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Host was absolutely lovely to talk to, came here with my girlfriend for her 21st birthday. The views were definitely the best I’ve had from my visits. Beautiful wildlife especially with the spring weather. This family has worked really hard to create a nice family environment and it shows. Inside the stay was a book showing their journey and they’re still working hard. Despite being attached to the home our room and bar felt very private and we felt very comfortable. We’re not big drinkers but the honesty bar is fairly priced and a welcome addition to the stay. Thank you both and congratulations on the hard work.

The apartment was in as beautiful location not far from Bradford were we was visiting. Also only a hour drive from the Peak District where we also visited. Andy the co host was very responsive. Everything in the description was 100% accurate. The price we paid was a bargain for two nights and 2 people. It was very cute that all the basics and essentials were provided in the apartment from milk, to face wash, the list is endless. The beds were super comfy, a perfect cosy home. Definitely recommend and would book again in the future for a stay.

WOW! Was the first comment we all made! Beautiful cottage with stunning views! The cottage is tastefully furnished, clean warm and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and more. Lots of extra goodies included which made it so homely, and added a very personal touch. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and modern. Lovely fluffy towels comfortable beds, and high quality bed linen, wonderful Dorma window blinds for shade and blackout. It was like staying in a luxury hotel. The directions and entry details were very clear and straight forward. There is an Italian Restaurant and Sainsbury’s local within very easy walking distance which was extremely convenient. Thank you Premlata for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time, would love to return!

Beautiful cottage in ideal location. Directions to the cottage and parking instructions were made very clear. Accessing the cottage was made easy with a key safe box. Upon entering the lovely light and airy entrance hall the small of fresh flowers and bedding welcomed us. Each room was clean and fresh and extra touches added a luxury feel. Views are outstanding, kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. Zoé was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to extend our stay slightly. Thank you Zoé and family x
