Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small garden. "Seas The Day" incredible sea views

I cannot describe how amazing the views are from my place. The lounge and both bedrooms directly overlook the beach, sea and harbour, you couldn't be closer. With the beach, town and Bridlington Spa all within a few minutes walk you won't be short of things to do. An excellent base to enjoy Bridlington or to explore the glorious coasts of East and North Yorkishire.
