Monthly Rentals in Bridle Path, North York

My partner and I needed a place to stay in the city while we waited to move into our new home. We stayed with Shirin for 1 week and it was a wonderful stay, no problems. She was very responsive, friendly and made us feel welcome. The apartment was lovely and had what we needed. The space heaters helped make the temperature comfortable. The location was convenient for our needs and Donalda golf course was in walking distance, they let locals walk it during off season - it was the perfect escape to nature we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Freshly renovated basement apartment (500 s.f.) with adequate light, 8' ceilings. Unit is functionally appointed with full-size kitchen appliances. Uptown location in safe, walkable neighborhood next to park and Don Mills Trail. Short drive to groceries/shopping, 7 minutes from 401, 30 minutes from downtown. Host family is quiet, friendly, and respectful. Highly responsive communications. Recommended.

Location location location, importance to speak 3 times. The heart of North York, walkable to subway, supermarket, cinema, restaurant, etc. strong recommendation.

Excellent location and responsive host. The rental is a basement unit and utilities (eg furnace) could be a bit noisy at times, but otherwise thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
