The house was in a great location near anything you may need or want to do, but still felt secluded and very private. It’s been a while since I’ve seen that many stars! It was a perfect house for my family. The host even decorated the house for the holidays for us, making the house feel like home.

Dora’s place was gorgeous from the inside out. Dora and her co-hosts were very open and honest and were always there if we needed anything. I’m continually impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The blankets, sheets, towels, etc smelled very clean. The linens were well stocked and organized. Their response time was very quick and I felt like they really cared. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and BEAUTIFUL cabin in West Virginia.

Not just for fishermen! I recently moved back to WV from a very large city. I needed a break from house hunting and I was looking for a place to relax. This was it! Every evening I sat on the swing to relax. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a little getaway. It’s just a couple miles, if that from town. Grafton is, arguably, one of the most, underrated and historic places in West Virginia. I have always been a fan of Starbucks. Not anymore. My host, Dan, said I should “check out” The Whistle Stop Cafe. What he didn’t say is that it would be, at least in my opinion, the BEST espresso I have ever had. Well worth it! Dan is kind and courteous. He will go out of his way to be sure you have the best stay possible. It had the comforts of a hotel but no neighbors. You are Awesome, Thank you Dan! You are a Superhost!

Alex and Rebecca went above and beyond expectations and were flexible when we needed to extend the stay another day. They were fantastic at communicating to ensure that we were able to get into the building and sent multiple recommendations on things to do and places to eat while we were there. Beyond amazing hosts 10/10 would recommend staying here. Thank you Alex and Rebecca for being so great!
