The property has access to 2 bedrooms (one king and one double), en suite attached to the master bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, w/c and outdoor area. Property has a hot tub. Please let me know if this is required in advance of booking in order for me to add appropriate chemicals. The hot tub does have a gazebo over it, so can be used in all weathers. Cleaned regularly.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful surroundings and the children had fun feeding the goats and ducks and we all dipped in the big hot tub. During our stay we did have a specific request, a little outside of the norm, that we put to the host, James. I thought James was currently on site, but in fact he was many miles away at the time. He didnt have to help us, but instead drove many miles to sort out our request, without hesitation. Great people and great place. It was clean, well equipped and cosy. Highly recommend. Thanks again James.

Fabulous family house next to the beach

I stayed at Anne-Marie's house for 4 nights with my son, my friend and his two sons. On arrival we were happy that the place was super clean and as described. All the info on the house was readily available and easy to follow. We had a slight issue with not being able to find bedding for the third single bed but a quick message to Anne-Marie and it was all sorted. She replied instantly and with great detail. There was a problem with the drain in the back garden but when I messaged Anne-Marie about it she got a specialist drain expert round straight away and the problem was sorted. Everything else about the property and its location was perfect for me and the boys. It's a perfect place to spend a family holiday and I can't wait to come back. I'll be in touch again next year for another visit. Thanks again for everything Anne Marie.

We loved our stay here. The lodge is really "vibey" with brilliant outdoor living, enjoying beautiful views of the hills. It was perfect for mountain biking at Afan. The sauna and hot-tub (and the ice-bucket!!) made it really fun. The host was super helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The flat is lovely and everything is catered for as a guest - plenty of cleaning materials, coffee pods etc. All the rooms are very comfortable and the televisions in every room were welcome, as was Sky sports! The view from the main bedroom side window is lovely and the terrace area is large and a great space to sit and watch the sea. There is a lovely walk along the coast just outside the complex. It is easy to park but there is a short walk to the flat and up some stairs, so something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Emma was very friendly and very prompt on her communications. We would definitely stay here again.

Caravan was lovely, very home from home, having a bath was an added bonus! Liane was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Children absolutely loved the caravan and the site is amazing. We were visiting family who live 20 mins away so this was a perfect location. One week just wasn’t enough though to fit everything in we wanted to do so next time we will book for longer and Lianes caravan will be our top choice. One downside is there is no wifi within the caravan and we found that we struggled with phone signal and watching the tv. The cleaners also missed a few areas as we came across a random old dusty sock and some of the utensils were not clean although this may not have been down to the cleaners but previous visitors.
