I feel in love with this place! It has an Incredible view, has everything you need and theres a lot of places close to this place! I really enjoyed my stay here!

Wery cozy condo in a great location. Farid is an excellent host, communicates well. Help with anything you need. Made our stay a perfect experience in Brickell. Easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and walking around the city. Public transportation is excellent. If you drive has a good parking in the building. Highly recommend this place for short or longer stay also.

This was my second time staying here as I love Juan Carlos’ place so much. The apartment is a great size and is modern and clean. The building has the best amenities including two pools, a gym, jacuzzi to name a few. The location on Brickell is perfect! It is so walkable everywhere, right by the water and a beautiful walk and feels so safe too. I had the best time back here again!

My stay was absolutely incredible! The apartment was exactly like the photos, and the building had everything I needed. The view from the apartment was amazing, and it was fully equipped with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place!
