Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd time staying here while visiting our daughter at the University of Miami. Erica's house is super clean and convenient to get around Coral Gables. Her communication is excellent and the house is simple and just as described. Thank you!

The house was clean, pretty and welcoming. Just what we were looking for. Wifi and amenities were great. House was spacious, furniture was modern and everything was nice and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. Dash and her family were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a few mishaps happen with the AC and fire alarm while we were there, but they were quick to take care of things immediately. The space itself is no frills, but is perfect for a young family or bigger group who wants to be together! It’s an awesome location - close to the beach and near a few iconic restaurants like Joe’s Stone Crab.

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

We had a great short time as a family in the accommodation as we were only in Miami for 2 nights in transit. Thus, the accommodation was very good for this short period. You can reach the Design District in a few minutes and Miami Southbeach in 20 minutes by car. Communication with Jonathan was great! Always quickly accessible and good tips for exploring the area. Everything is great 👍

Helena’s place was very clean and felt like a little home. She was very friendly on any questions we had while we were there. The area was very peaceful and that helped a lot if you have kids with you.

Great view look just like pictures, great beach view, the host responds but very slowly I would stay here again the guard helped me when I smashed my toe with first aid some of the front desk people are very rude didn’t want me to use the phone and gave weird stares other than that it was fine pool is very clean. You do have to buy your own toilet paper after you run out he’s a good host and it was very clean

Hillary is an excellent host and the apartment is very comfortable, organized and clean. I would only recommend being much clearer when entering the site. Probably for young people who handle technology, it is easy to enter, suddenly older people cannot do it so easily. Example: Interior panel for access to the apartment.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
