The apartment was exactly like the pictures, everything was very perfect ! I will come back at the same place for my next Miami trip. I really recommend this place

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Wonderful stay! I also stayed a night at the hotel that this airbnb is located in. I much preferred staying here than in the hotel. I plan to stay here again next time I’m in Miami.

Felt right at home and loved how peaceful and family it was. Beachside and poolside service was so nice! Definitely recommend staying here with these hosts!

The place was neat in a luxury high-rise and has easy access to the commercial district and downtown. quality amenities onsite, including a clean rooftop pool with bar, restaurant, bar, and gym. parking was a breeze with tons of available self-park spots at any time.

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!!!! María was very responsive and helpful!!!!! Had a bottle of wine for us when we got there on the table. All my guest loved the place and were very happy with everything!!!! Would recommend to anyone to stay there. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area!!!!!

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

great communication. property looks like the pictures. had a minor difficulty with the pool: they sent someone out immediately to assist. I've stayed at 2 of there properties. no complaints.

We had an amazing weekend at Dana's condo. It's a wonderful unit and we definitely recommend it! We door-dashed groceries and cooked most of our meals, the full kitchen is great and that saved a lot of money. We ate at the bar downstairs for dinner one night. We skipped the pricey breakfast buffet and cooked our own breakfast. The view was simply amazing! The spacious balcony stole the show. We used the beach chairs and arrived at the beach a little before 8 am so we could be in the front row. The pool isn't super special, but it was nice to take a dip in. There's a review that mentions a ledge on the beach- there is a slight ledge, but it's maybe 2 ft or so. It's not bad. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, which might be why the construction next door wasn't going on. I can't speak to the noise. It was a bit of an eye sore, but also did not ruin the trip at all. We would definitely come back!

The resident side of the Fontaine blue is delightful with full access to all the amenities of the regular hotel gas. We really enjoyed our stay, it would be helpful to let future guest know there is a $250 deposit per night when you check in.

Really nice apartment in a secure block. The apartment was well located within walking distance of the Design District and close to main routes to Miami South Beach. Well equipped and furnished if a little noisy next to the main Biscayne Blvd in the main bedroom, although it never became an issue. Facilities in the block are great with a nice pool and gym area on the 6th floor. Would certainly stay again.

This was a great stay! It was walking distance to plenty of places, my favorite was the Brickell Shopping Center! The room was very nice and our host was great! 10/10!

Had a great stay, despite the weather the first portion of our trip. The villa was clean, and matched perfectly with what the host described would be available. Plenty of space for my family while we were cooped up during the thunderstorms. Definitely would recommend and would book again for future trips.
