Schöner, kleiner Campingplatz direkt am Wasser! Die Sanitäranlagen sind super sauber und neuwertig! Auch im kleinen Minimarkt gibt es alles was man braucht! Das Mobilehome ist nagelneu und super eingerichtet, es hat nichts gefehlt! Der Campingplatz kann nur empfohlen werden!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. You really feel how much Maria cares for her family’s ancestral hut which has been in the family since 1600. The hut had everything we needed, we made a delicious warm meal, had warm drinks watching the incredible view, felt so cozy and warm inside with the wood burner and slept like happy sardines in the bed. The little in the front is super helpful to have and the kitchen just has it all. We found everything so clean and ready for us, even the wood cut and ready to be burned. It is a small space of magical charm where you feel transported in time to 1800s in the most beautiful alpine setting. We absolutely fell in love with it and felt grateful to Maria and her family. We hiked up from avegno, we are fit but it took us about three hours without stops and it is all very steep uphill so do give yourself plenty of time. On the way back we returned via Cimetta but don’t attempt this hike in the snow unless you are up for a big adventure!

Das Häuschen ist wie beschrieben zauberhaft. Ich konnte viele Tiere beobachten und achtsam durch die Gegend streifen. Ich war alleine für 14 Tage in einer kleinen Auszeit dort und konnte sie sehr genießen. Es hat leider viel geregnet, was niemand beeinflussen konnte, der Pellet – Ofen war deshalb Gold wert. Die Kommunikation war herzlich und alle hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch großartiger gemacht hat. Ganz herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

Roccolo is a magical haven with a beautiful energy and sense of love! Only 1h30 away from Milan, you’ll feel immersed in a different dimension.. Roccolo has been restaurated with all needed amenities perfectly nested in its small spaces, the view from the windows of perched beds on top of the tower facing the Como lake at night are magical! The Magic is even more astonishing when you realize you have a private garden which is a whole forest.. the trees in front of the house form a bubble of peace and meditation, with a nice outdoor table where you can prepare and enjoy candlelight dinners with breathtaking view on the lake.. hammocks to read and meditate.. and listen the sound of the nature.. few friendly voices coming from the tiny village of Gisazio in the valley beneath or the grunts of wild boars from the forest beyond the edge of a large green clearing on the other side of the Roccolo.. Ernesto has been a fantastic host and his homemade honey will remind us of this fairy place!

Wir haben ein ausserordentliches und wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht in Marias heimeligem Rustico. Es ist liebevoll eingetichtet, hat alles was man für ein einfaches Leben braucht und gibt einem die Möglichkeit, komplett zur Ruhe zu kommen in der Natur. Danke Maria, dass Du diesen Traumort teilst!

Wie waren sehr zufrieden. Klein aber man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ein perfekter Ort um runterzufahren. Wir hatten einen Gaskocher mitgebracht und das war sehr hilfreich. Vor allem wenn man sich mit einer Holzfeuer Küche nicht so auskennt. Die Lage ist Idyllisch und man hat in Unmittelbarer Nähe tolle Wanderwege. Sehr zu empfehlen und ich denke ich war nicht das letzte mal da. 🥰

В доме было всё, что может потребоваться путешественникам. Daniela, предоставила даже для ребёнка стул и кровать, что было важно. До поездки была выслана подробная инструкция как добраться и информация, которая может понадобиться во время отдыха! Нам все очень понравилось! Отдых был прекрасным!

I had an amazing time at this place! The huge natural-style garden is a true paradise for nature lovers, and although my visit was at the beginning of fall, there was still a big variety of produce I was invited to pick from it - including some tasty plants I didn't even know before :) I had originally planned to explore much more of the local area, but I just felt so at home and relaxed in cottage & garden that I actually spent most of my time there. Emiliano and his girlfriend are super nice people and amazing hosts: Kind and helpful in every regard, and great to share a glass of wine with. They succeeded in making me feel right at home. I'll visit again for sure!

Excellent séjour. Le logement est très agréable et confortable. Les équipements proposés sont de très bonne qualité dans le logement et la piscine propose un espace agréable. En période de très fortes chaleurs, si le logement avait disposé d’une climatisation les nuits auraient été plus respirables. Notre hôtesse Frederica a été très disponible.

Logement très cosy, un joli feu dans la cheminée nous attendait en arrivant tard. Mes deux filles et moi nous sommes senties très à l aise et comme à la maison. Il y a tout ce qu il faut, du shampoing au savon, aux serviettes de bain, ainsi que huile olive, vinaigre, épices, café, tisane, sèche -cheveux, etc... 😃 Petit coin café sur le balcon. Le logement est d une propreté impeccable et très bien décoré ! Maja est très réactive, très à l écoute, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions partir plus tard dans l après midi, notre fille finissant une course de VTT, et elle a accepté sans aucun problème, merci encore☀️ Nous reviendrions ici l année prochaine avec grand plaisir ! Merci Maja !

Ein wunderschöner Ort umgeben von wunderschöner Natur! Wir empfehlen die Ankunft bei Tageslicht :-) Es ist dann einfacher, den Weg zum Haus zu finden. Wir sind sehr spät angekommen (Danke für das flexible Check-in!) und hatten einen abenteuerlichen Fußmarsch. Das Häuschen selbst ist sehr romantisch und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt! Bei Fragen haben wir schnell und unkompliziert Antwort bekommen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - Danke!

This place is amazing! We can’t say enough positive things about Luca, his family, and the work they’ve done to allow people to stay at their beautiful grounds! The views are stunning, the cabin was cozy and well designed, and the local products we got to taste were great! We also bought some of the products the family produces, and they are super tasty! Warm recommendations from us!

very cozy tiny house in Ticino the place is super calm and the sound of the river is the only sound you hear had a great time there! the place was spotless and met all our needs only good to know that ceilings in the sleeping room and bathroom are quite low - we are 1.80 and just made it without ducking our heads

Un endroit chaleureux et dans la nature 🙂

Místo je pro milovníky přírody a hor. Jde o rekonstruovaný dům, který kdysi sloužil Federicovým předkům pastevcům. V této vesničce jsou zrekonstruovány asi tři domy, zbytek jsou ruiny a je to nádherné místo bez lidí jen se zvířaty, kameny a rosstlinami. Louky jsou už jen v okolí domů, zbytek bývalých pastvin zarůstá stromy. Na procházkách narazíte i na velmi staré stromy velikány! Dvoutisícové vrcholy hor jsou z místa dobře dostupné stejně jako koupání v horské řece. Federicův otec nás zavezl na traktoru do půl cesty a dal nám spoustu dobrých rad a informací o prostředí, historii a životě Falmenty a okolí. Je to moc příjemná rodina. Dům je krásný, pěkně zrekonstruovaný, s úžasným výhledem do údolí a na okolní vrcholy! Po celodenním chození nám přišla vhod teplá venkovní sprcha. Krb jsme nepoužívali, bylo dost teplo, ale představuji si, že v chladných dnech může být příjemné se u něj nahřívat. Vše bylo perfektní, nemáme žádné špatné zkušenosti. Byla to jedna z nejkrásnějších dovolených.

Sehr zu empfehlen!!! 1:1 wie in der Beschreibung! Einfach nur top! Enrico hat auch andere Gäste im Haupthaus - diese hat man jedoch überhaupt nicht bemerkt! Lesa ist zwar überaus klein aber entsprechend umso ruhiger um einfach genüsslich "die Seele baumeln zu lassen". Supermarkt max. 10min zu Fuss entfernt, die Promenade ca. 20min zu Fuss entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Strand Spiaggia dell' Erno mit Hund (ca. 15 min zu Fuss vom Haus). Ideal auch im August da es reichlich Schatten hat und der Fluss der in den See fliesst defintiv eine richtige Abkühlung bietet.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage hier. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem kleinen privaten Garten war wirklich wunderschön. Allgemein war es sehr ruhig und privat. Auch die Lage ist super. Man kann gut zu Fuß nach Menaggio laufen und findet dort einen Supermarkt, Restaurants und die Fähre. Die Küche war auch sehr gut mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Unserem Hund hat es hier außerdem auch sehr gefallen. Einen Parkplatz hat man auch immer direkt an der Straße wenige Meter vor der Unterkunft gefunden.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay at cinzias place, it exceeded our expectations! Cinzia is very kind, helpful and generous giving us fresh brioches every morning and everything we needed for our stay! Travel is well served throughout the day but be prepared to plan journeys and walk alot, taxis not available in the late evenings. Also be careful of some taxis; they can be expensive, I found lorenza to be the best. Would definitely go back!
