Les Gites des Jardins d'Oscar : La Maison Située en Nord Charente, cette maison neuve offre tout le confort avec le calme d'un village tout en étant proche de nombreuses commodités. La maison dispose de 3 chambres: 2 avec grands lits une avec deux lits de 90. Le canapé convertible permet un couchage pour deux personnes. Le jacuzzi sera fermé du 05 janvier 2026 au 01 mars 2026. Le gite possède également un Appartement : possibilité de louer l'ensemble si les dates réservées le permettent.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Numerous opportunities for walks or bike rides. Moulin des pierres blanches, very quiet place. Small market on Tuesdays and Fridays.

At the foot of the Floral Park, relax near the waterfall, pools and fuchsias. Nearby: canoe base, hiking, racecourse, shops and restaurants. 20 min from the Nord Angoulême shopping area and less than 1.5 hours from the Atlantic, Futuroscope, Bordeaux and Limoges. Ideal for workers and vacationers, with easy access via the RN10.

Large communal area with billiard/pool table, a cosy seating/meeting area with log burner for cooler evenings. Note the pool is open from May 15th until September 30th. Access to Angouleme 45 minutes, Cognac 1 hour, Future-Scope 1.25hrs, Valley de Singe 45 minutes, Poitiers airport 1 hour.
