45 m² duplex accommodation located at the end of a farmhouse that we occupy. It is located in the municipality of Bretenoux, very close to the Château de Castelnau, in the Dordogne Valley in the Lot department, and close to many tourist attractions. At the end of the street you will find a supermarket, and 200 meters further on is the town center of Bretenoux, where you will find a newspaper stand, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, brasserie, bank, beautician, etc. Municipal swimming pool and cinema a 5-minute walk away.

Superb house like no other in the Dordogne valley: on the square of a listed village, built in the 15th century, wood panelling from the 18th century, giant stone staircase and stone walls, big fireplaces... A lot of history packed in a spacious (1700 ft 2) house equipped with all the modern conveniences. Large bedrooms with each its bathroom. Ideally located to visit the area, Padirac, Rocamadour... Also close to shops and restaurants. Bed linen, towels, wifi and cleaning fees included.
