This is my 4th stay at this residence. Amazing location, amazing restaurant and friendly neighborhood. Vitali is an exceptional host and sets the bar really high.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

“Perfect stay in Brescia!” I stayed at this B&B with a friend for a conference, and the experience was excellent. The host was always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is cozy, with attention to detail and decorated with very special objects, which give a truly unique atmosphere. One detail we particularly appreciated was the mix of herbs left by the host to prepare herbal teas: a special touch that made us feel pampered. The location is strategic: a few minutes' walk away is the metro that conveniently connects to the city center. In addition, you can reach the university in just 10-15 minutes, perfect for those of us who had academic commitments. The neighborhood also deserves a mention: quiet and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this B&B for those looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

Very cozy apartment, tastefully furnished. There is everything you need and everything is inserted with great intelligence for the spaces. You can feel the love and care of the owners, a real treat.

The place is family friendly. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, as well as a large sofa bed. The rooms are large and bright and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven and microwave. It has a garden and a parking area. The hosts are very attentive, giving suggestions and helping with everything. Highly recommended.

Like being at home, Olga waited for us until we arrived, since we were in the car and had taken traffic, we were two hours late. The house has all the comforts, the house is in a beautiful location. In my case, it was a move for about a month for work, and because of the location of the house, it was really convenient because outside the driveway I had the bus stop that took me right to the workplace. Refreshment activities, pizzerias, green space. Friendly neighbors and even my dogs had company. Great, if the company assigns me new activities, I'll consider it again.

Everything perfect! Veronica's accommodation is in the historic center and easy to reach (we parked in Piazza Vittoria and from there it is really a 5-minute walk). The premises are very clean and welcoming. Recommended. We will definitely be back!!

I stayed at this accommodation for work, the experience was great. The house is well structured and had all the necessary comforts, very dear the idea of also leaving small touches for breakfast. I really enjoyed it. I also really enjoyed the cleanliness, kindness, and helpfulness. The only flaw is the loud noise of a waterway right behind the accommodation, maybe it was only so active during my stay. In any case, the windows are 100% soundproof, so everything can be solved. If I have the opportunity/need, I will definitely return to this house. For my needs, the hospitality is definitely 5 stars out of 5!!!

We have had an amazing stay with Stefania and would come back any time! The apartment is great, really nicely decorated and well-equipped. The home cinema is really fun in the evenings. Stefania is a great host, very kind and helpful with anything! It was amazing!

Had a great stay at this penthouse! The rooftop patio garden was absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. Would definitely recommend!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

We had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and we had all the things we needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is amazing! Also parking the car was easy and safe. The pool area was a cherry on top! We would like to come back one day.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

We had a wonderful stay in Giampaolo's apartment. The location is simply unbeatable, with a beautiful view of Salò and private access to Lake Garda. His mother lives downstairs and was always happy to see our baby and provided us with homemade treats. We hope to come back soon and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.
