Diese Unterkunft war wirklich ein kleines Juwel – unglaublich sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen: Im Kühlschrank warteten Wasser und Prosecco, dazu gab es ein kleines Willkommensset mit Schwamm, Tüchern und Pflegeartikeln – liebevoll verpackt und durchdacht. Alles war perfekt organisiert und beschriftet, sogar die Lichtschalter waren markiert. Es gab Extras wie zusätzliche Kissen und Decken, neue Handseife, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Zahnbürsten mit Zahnpasta, Shampoo, Duschgel und hübsch gerollte Handtücher auf dem Bett – einfach nur großartig! Auch die Lage ist ein Traum: Nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Lago di Garda, direkt vor der Tür ein tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen zu fairen Preisen, die Post mit Geldautomat in derselben Straße – alles schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit guter Qualität zu kleinen Preisen.

During our stay he was always available to help with information and facility booking. Gianni’s apartment was great. The balcony was such a special treat and we enjoyed our morning beverages at the table. Great location and easy to walk to everything. It is in the center of many restaurants and is loud later into the evening. But we came prepared with ear plugs so we slept fine.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place near the lake! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the water with stunning view. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved enjoying our breakfast & coffee on the terrace while taking in the lake breeze. Marica was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat close to nature.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für meinen kleinen Sohn war alles da was benötigt wurde. Das überdachte Wohnzimmer ist ein absoluter Traum. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Bach direkt daneben ist einfach entspannend. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Cristina and Marco were amazing hosts! We are a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids), and we felt like we were home, it was peaceful and cozy, with all the amenities. Marco was there for our check in and showed us the apartment, and gave us recommendations about restaurants close by. They even helped us book a private water taxi on the last day, there was a strike in Venice and we needed to get the transportation organized a few days before our departure. Highly recommend this wonderful apartment!

Pięknie położone miejsce i świetna baza wypadowa dla zwiedzających autem. Irina była bardzo gościnna i pomocna, pomimo bardzo późnej pory, o której dotarliśmy. Mieszkanie położone jest z dala od sklepów wiec polecamy raczej tym zmotoryzowanym. Jezioro, widoki i klimat zrobiły na nas duże wrażenie. Mniej turystyczne od Gardy, co uważamy za atut. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba. Raczej polecamy rodzinie 2+2, niż 2 parom ze względu na rozkład łóżek. Serdecznie dziękujemy za gościnę. Myślę, że wrócimy jeszcze w to miejsce.

Der Check-In und Check-Out waren, auch durch die Hilfe Michelas Englisch-sprechendem Sohn, sehr einfach und verständlich. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus! Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht allzu schön, aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und kann diese genießen. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung auf aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert: großzügige Wohnung, toll ausgestattet und vorbildlich sauber. Wunderschön gelegen in den ruhigen Weinbergen, strategisch günstig für viele Ziele in der Umgebung. Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe. Die Fahrräder wurden von uns täglich genutzt. Sie Ausstattung des Appartements ist absolut ausreichend, alles da um den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Diego ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, seine Tipps haben wir alle umgesetzt und uns gut beraten gefühlt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in seiner Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The apartment is an absolute gem in Bologna. Waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset from the terrace was magical. The views are simply breathtaking. The whole place is perfectly set up, with cool features like a retro shower and a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra special. It was more than just a place to sleep, it was a whole vibe! While the check-in process was a bit tricky with the app and codes, Vittorio was an incredible host. He was super responsive, proactive, and friendly, helping us sort everything out right away. We really appreciated his amazing communication. We can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a unique and beautiful spot in Bologna, this is it!

My wife and I spent a very nice week in Alessandro's villa. The villa is modern and practically furnished. Everything was very clean. A highlight is the pool that invites you to swim. Alessandro is a nice friendly guy and always helpful. We thank you for the pleasant stay and will be happy to come back.

Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Ferienwoche in diesem tollen neu hergerichteten sehr stilvollen Haus verbracht. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele die z. T. direkt vom Haus aus erwandern werden können. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert erreichbar. Sie hat uns mit Tipps zum Ort und besonderen Möglichkeiten versorgt. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect home to stay

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Mit dem Fahrrad (die uns zur Verfügung gestellt worden sind) haben wir den See in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Samstagvormittag ist in der Nähe ein Markt, den wir besucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen war perfekt! Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. (Kleiner Tipp: in dieser Gegend sind kleine Mücken. Nimmt ein Spray dagegen mit!)

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Bildern und ist super gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool. Da wir mit einem Kleinen Baby gereist sind, hat Ezio uns eine Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage direkt am Lago di Caldonazzo ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Eisdielen. Die Kommunikation mit Ezio ist unkompliziert und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Lieben Dank Ezio und liebe Grüße von Philippe, Maike und Mats

Que dire , tout était parfait, Claudio adorable, la maison est parfaite, belle et agréable à vivre , il ne manque rien tout est très bien équipé et très propre , il ne manque rien. La maison est située près de grandes villes italiennes , FERRARE , BOLOGNE, VERONE, VENISE, le lac de garde et un cout de coeur pour la magnifique ville de PADOUE. Merci encore, et on espère à bientot Eric et Christèle , HYPSO le westie et SACHA le chat ( nos animaux valident également leur séjour ) VIVA ITALIA :)))

will definitely be going back. everything was perfect, spotlessly clean, great location, everything you need. only minus was tight parking but we did come with a big car so that was on us 😊 recommend it 100%
