Great stay at Pier’s place. Location was very quiet. He replied quickly to us and even called to guide us to the place after Google maps had us walking in circles for an hour at night. Easy walking to all the sites and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to return someday

Cozy, very lovingly furnished apartment (actually a whole house), but also very small. Only kitchen and bedroom available, there is no real living room. Very quiet area. Denise is very friendly and helps immediately if any questions or problems arise! Lake Garda is 10 to 15 minutes by car, Vobarno (the place where the apartment is located) does not really have anything touristy to offer!

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay. The place itself was perfectly clean, and very pleasant. Immediately upon arrival, a chilled bottle of Prosecco awaited us as attention. The private garage leads directly to the accommodation. The pool is about 100m from the terrace and mostly very quiet. The location of the accommodation in Sirmione is the optimal means of walking distance (Sirmione itself) and transport links for day trips. Due to the private parking, the tense parking situation in Sirmione is no longer a problem. 10/10, definitely recommended!

Although it was a one-day stay, I'm grateful for Nadia's kind guidance and especially for helping me resolve the issue of activating the ZTL ticket. The spacious garden and countryside scenery will captivate visitors.

We had a great time with our 2 children. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. On the weekend, the lake was sometimes very busy. It was all the more pleasant to return to the peace and quiet and enjoy the great view. Shauna and Francesco were great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

I definitely stay above expectations. Property located in a very quiet area and very close to bus stops that take you directly to Venice. Katja is super kind and very helpful, not to mention the really impeccable service. Every morning of our stay he offered a complete and quality breakfast! If I have to go back to Venice, I will definitely go back to your bed and breakfast. Recommendation!

Highly recommended! Communication was prompt and easy with Linda who is a responsive and thoughtful host. The house is elegant, spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Large bedrooms with very comfy beds. We enjoyed chatting to Linda and her mum who both made us feel welcome and very much at home. We borrowed bikes and enjoyed going along the river path to the Archeological museum nearby. Close to Marco Polo Venice airport. Could be based here to explore the region, visit Treviso, and for day trips to Venice. Peaceful quiet setting with pleasant verandah for outdoor dining and ample space to park the car. A Hidden Gem We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated monastery. The place was peaceful, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. Our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Great cafes, restaurants, and cycling paths nearby made it even better. Highly recommended!

Vanessa was a super welcoming and helpful host. The annex is beautiful and cared for in every detail. It has a large outdoor garden where you can have breakfast and enjoy some relaxing sun. Venice is easily accessible in 20-25 minutes by car.

Very comfortable accommodation, in a quiet location but at the same time close to Ferrara, located in an oasis of peace in the countryside. Very clean and spacious rooms, Fabio is very kind and always available. Great experience!

My sister and I spent wonderful mini-vacation at Padua, stayed at Alessandro's place for 7 nights(plus visiting Venice), we were in 15-20 minutes walk distance from the city center with its sightseeings, it was easy to get to the public transport stops, cafe, supermarket, etc Our host was very nice to us, willing to help and open for communication. Highly recommend his place for booking, visiting Padova and region of Veneto in general!

A very beautiful apartment with a fabulous lake view! Julia was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. She was available to help if needed and was very accommodating when we had to change the number of people staying at short notice. The gardens around the apartments are beautiful with very nice swimming pools. The location is excellent, as one can get into the historical centre by foot or with a short shuttle bus ride. There are also many very good local restaurants within a ten-minute walk.

We had a very good time at Eva’s place. Very clean and organised. Eva was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Anna was a very nice and kind host. We booked the appartment on the arriving date, but it was not a problem for her. The flat was perfect, and we find some halloween candies for the kids on the table, and some foods in the fridge. It was amazing. Thanks again for everything Anna. 😘

We felt very, very comfortable with Marina. In addition to her warm nature, she was very helpful, generous and always had good recommendations in stock. We had very nice conversations and would have preferred to have stayed longer. Her dogs were very cute. If we could we would give much more than 5 stars because it was so nice with and with her! Lonato is also a lovely small town that had everything we needed to offer. Desenzano and Sirmione were also very quick and cheaply accessible by bus and ferry and an absolute must. So if you are looking for an AirBnb to make nice contact with the local people in addition to a cozy accommodation, this is the place to be.
