We had a super nice stay with our babies at the Zanella family's place. The view was breathtaking. Everything in the place was there, of very good quality, clean and nice. We will be happy to come back.

Great location and very clean and secure

This is a superb place to stay to explore Sirmione and the other lake towns. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable and is well equipped with everything we could need. It’s in a great location, with lake views and a choice of nearby restaurants. The car parking space is an asset! We were given a lovely welcome, with very helpful local information, by Chiara. Highly recommended.

We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

We had a great time at the beautiful place, the walk to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and we liked spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

All good, Bit far from Venice City but transportations are easily accessible and very near to beach, so dream place to stay for a family of 4 to 5 people.

Dario answered all questions extremely quickly and helpfully. He was an initiator himself. He is very good to communicate with. He makes traveling easier. The accommodation is centrally located, just a few meters from the main street, yet in a quiet place. The beach is relatively quickly accessible by foot.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

great accommodation, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

Top house, The holiday was one of the best we had. Perfect as a family. Very quiet location, despite ongoing construction work next door No disturbing noises. Luca was always helpful and available, nothing was missing. Thank you Luca! I would be happy to come back.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. We moved into the apartment as a family of 4, one child 13, the other 11. Both children slept on a sofa bed, which was a little small for both of them. From the description, we assumed that this was a beachfront apartment with sea views. The apartment was located on the side of the first floor in the property, so no sea view was possible. The apartment has a terrace that is in the shade all day. The apartment is still very centrally located and can be parked in a modern and super clean underground garage. Everything was provided. An electric coffee maker was not provided. But many good cafes were nearby. We could even jump into a really nice and clean pool, which is located directly on the beach and is certainly a highlight in the summer.

The photos don’t do Susanna’s place justice, much bigger than we expected. Lovely pool and grounds, plenty of places to sit around the villa, never had a problem sharing the pool, the other guests were lovely. Fabulous host, very responsive. Great location to explore the Lake and a nice short drive from Verona airport.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Mr. Carlo was like a friend and did not hesitate to respond to any request, except to give him a reasonable explanation for any request. Thank you very much, Mr. Carlo

Great stay, everything perfect as described, ample space, clean, host always available, what more could you ask for? The most beautiful part is in the basement, a huge living room with a pool table and a very large bathroom! Highly recommended!

Well located seaside accommodation,very quiet about 40 minutes by public transport to Venice and the island of Murano. Highly recommended .

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

The apartment was as described, everything very clean, huge terrace. The attention to children is great, they offer a lot of very useful comforts and the idea of finding clean and disinfected games is beautiful, our little girl was thrilled. The sea is really a stone's throw away, there is not even a road to cross. Sunbeds and umbrella on the beach and very nice pool. Really super recommended, especially if you have kids!

Adequate place and host available. I recommend a car cover as the parking lot is located in the pine forest and the presence of numerous birds creates discomfort. Recommended

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

Easy check in and the location of this place is fantastic! Can walk to many restaurants, the lake and bars within a few minutes. Favorite part is the private patio that overlooks the lake!
