Wir hatten mit unseren Babies einen super schönen Aufenthalt bei Familie Zanella. Die Sicht war atemberaubend. Alles in der Unterkunft war bei, von sehr guter Qualität, sauber und schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, die freundliche Giorgia hat durch Ihre zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft, reibungslose Kommunikation und Professionalität den Urlaub erleichtert. Sehr zu empfehlen, insbesondere Privatsphäre, Sauberkeit und Lage. Wir würden wieder hingehen! 👍

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in una camera al 2° piano. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l'ampio balcone, dove abbiamo potuto trascorrere diverse ore godendoci il sole della sera e la vista del lago. La struttura è situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il castello e proprio accanto c'è anche un terrapieno del parco. Non abbiamo commenti. Sarebbe stato bello avere l'olio d'oliva in cucina, ma questo è un dettaglio di poco conto: lo abbiamo trovato nel negozio più vicino e abbiamo potuto prepararci la colazione. Mi dispiace che quando ce ne siamo andati tu abbia trovato degli oggetti affilati e un coltello in alto nella credenza; li stavamo nascondendo alla nostra bambina.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene , la casa molto luminosa accongliete e fornita di tutto, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro...al nostro arrivo Anna e Niko, ci hanno acconto con un ben venuto sia per noi che per i miei due cani... La consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono esplorare le bellezze di Desenzano e dintorni pernottando in un ambiente familiare e riservato e vicino a tutte le attrazioni del lago

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der schönen Unterkunft, der Weg zum Strand war super nah und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Carla war sehr gut erreichbar und haben gerne unsere Morgende und Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, fedele alle foto caricate sul sito. Per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, Dany mette a disposizione un lettino da campeggio e un seggiolone, entrambi in buono stato, per cui non è necessario portarli. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi e anche il centro di Chioggia è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa mezzora. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata facile e puntuale.

All good, Bit far from Venice City but transportations are easily accessible and very near to beach, so dream place to stay for a family of 4 to 5 people.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung. Es wurde auf viele kleine Details geachtet, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Es war mehr als notwendig vorhanden, sei es Klopapier,Handtücher, Kissen, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien usw. Man merkt das der Gastgeber viel Wert darauf legt und das ist super. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Meer und Innenstadt ist super zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren als Familie dort und hatten nichts zu bemängeln und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

ottimo alloggio, pulito e molto ben organizzato. La cucina è molto accessoriata, in bagno è presente il phon e in salotto ci sono alcuni giochi in scatola e una cucinetta per bimbi: apprezzati dai figli e dai genitori per passare una vacanza in serenità! Bello spazio esterno con tavolo e anche doccia per togliere la sabbia. La zona è tranquilla, c'è una spiaggia libera raggiungibile a piedi. Elisa è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche un pensierino di benvenuto 💞 Alloggio super consigliato anche per famiglie!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung bietet einen wundervollen Garten und Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Man kommt direkt über einen Tunnel an den See und erreicht alles, was man braucht, fußläufig und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, könnte nur vielleicht noch etwas Liebe mit Gardinen oder Bilden vertragen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung. Wer vorhat, viel selbst zu kochen, sollte alles nötihe selbst mitbringen. Marco und Giorgia waren tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Top Haus, Der Urlaub war einer der besten den wir hatten. Als Familie perfekt. Sehr ruhige Lage, trotz laufender Bauarbeiten Nebenan Keine störende geräusche. Luca war jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank Luca! Immer wieder gerne.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Wir haben die Wohnung als 4-köpfige Familie bezogen, ein Kind 13, das andere 11. Beide Kinder haben auf einem Schlafsofa geschlafen, welches für beide ein wenig klein war. Von der Beschreibung her sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung direkt am Strand mit Meerblick handelt. Die Wohnung, befand sich seitlich im EG im Objekt, so dass kein Meerblick möglich war. Die Wohnung hat eine den ganzen Tag im Schatten gelegene Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem sehr zentral und geparkt werden kann in einer modernen und super sauberen Tiefgarage. Alles war vorhanden. Eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber viele gute Cafés waren in der Nähe. Wir konnten sogar noch in einem wirklich schönen und sauberen Pool springen, dieser befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Highlight.

Lovely pool and grounds, plenty of places to sit around the villa, never had a problem sharing the pool, the other guests were lovely. Fabulous host, very responsive. Great location to explore the Lake and a nice short drive from Verona airport.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. Herr Carlo war wie ein Freund und zögerte nicht, auf jede Anfrage zu antworten, außer ihm eine angemessene Erklärung für jede Anfrage zu geben. Vielen Dank, Herr Carlo

Ottimo soggiorno, tutto perfetto come da descrizione, ampi spazi, pulito, host sempre disponibile, cosa si può chiedere di meglio? La parta più bella è al piano interrato, un enorme salotto con tavolo da bigliardo e un bagno ampissimo! Consigliatissimo!

Gut gelegene Unterkunft direkt am Meer,sehr ruhig gelegen ca40 min mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bis nach Venedig und nach Insel Murano gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen .

L’appartement de Anna était une excellente découverte ! Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de Lignano (proche de la mer et des restaurants) tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Anna est une hôte tres accueillante, gentille et arrangeante. Nos échanges avec elle étaient sympathiques et clairs. Le logement était tres propre et pratique, il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

L’appartamento era come descritto, tutto molto pulito, terrazza enorme. L’attenzione per i bambini è tanta, offrono un sacco di comfort molto utili e l’idea di far trovare dei giochi puliti e disinfettati è bellissima, la nostra bimba è stata entusiasta. Il mare è davvero a due passi, non c’è nemmeno la strada da attraversare. Lettini e ombrellone in spiaggia e piscina molto bella. Davvero super consigliato, soprattutto se avete dei bambini!

Alloggio adeguato e host disponibile. Consiglio un telo di copertura per l’auto in quanto il parcheggio è situato in pineta e la presenza di numerosi volatili crea disagio. Consigliato

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

Easy check in and the location of this place is fantastic! Can walk to many restaurants, the lake and bars within a few minutes. Favorite part is the private patio that overlooks the lake!
