Este loft es un estudio polivalente donde se hacen cursos de fotografia y música, actualmente viajo fuera y lo uso poco, prepare un altillo con cama y todas las comodidades para poder quédarme mas de una noche,no tiene cocina de humo pero si microondas,cafetera,hervidor, frigorifico,tostadora y muchos bares de barrio en la misma puerta, donde se comen tapitas,supermercados ,bodegas... el loft esta muy cerca del centro solo 15 minutos andando (literal) cerca de la basílica de la Macarena.

Este magnífico apartamento recientemente reformado y todo a estrenar permite alojar a gente que quieran un toque fresco, urbano y cómodo. Yo vivo en él y comparto una de las habitaciones. Muy cercana al centro histórico. La habitación es muy espaciosa dispone de una cama doble. El baño es compartido. Se comparten las zonas comunes. Trato de hacer un consumo responsable de la electricidad y el agua en casa y separo la basura que genero. Es una segunda planta sin ascensor.

It's definitely a great location!! ⚠️⚠️This room has a high bed and therefore a limited weight of 100 kilograms, but if you prefer not to go up and down stairs you can see other rooms on my profile.
