Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Willkommen in der alten Neustadt. Hier Reihen sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aneinander. Sie können Ihr PKW stehen lassen und Bremen zu Fuß erkunden. Vor der Tür befinden sich zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkplätze. Zu Fuß sind Sie in 10 min an der Bremer Schlachte und Innenstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Altbremer Hauses aus dem Jahr 1895. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2021/2022 von Grund auf neu errichtet und befindet sich im neuwertigem Zustand.

Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger großzügiger Regendusche. Handtücher und Fön werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Außenbereich mit Sitz–und Grillplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Helle Ferienwohnung im 2. OG/Dachgeschoß in zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Auch die Innenstadt und das Bremer "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) lassen sich gut erreichen. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen erreichen Sie in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Katze wohnt unten im Haus. Es gibt Internet mit WLAN Zugang ! Jedoch kein super schnelles Glasfaserkabel ! Hier im Centrum nicht wählbar!

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte vor der Tür: Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt, Apotheke usw., 10min Fußweg zum Congress-& Messezentrum, 10min mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof & 15min in die City oder an die Weser (Schlachte). Jedoch ruhig gelegen, nah am Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Viele Aktivitäten & Restaurants vor der Tür.

Traumhaft gelegene Viertelwohnung im denkmalgeschützten Haus, ruhige Nebenstraße! Theater, Kunsthalle, Dom und Altstadt in Fussweite, das Viertel mit seiner Kneipenkultur und Restaurants ums Eck. Wohnung wurde von mir liebevoll saniert (z.B. neuer Parkettboden, Auftragsgefertigte Industrieheizkörper) und da ich ein Faible für Kunst, Design und Kuriositäten habe, nach meiner Vorstellung stilvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet.

Unsere kleine, neu renovierte Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung z.B. mit dem Auto nach Bremen oder Brinkum-Nord (Outlets), mit dem Fahrrad auf einer schönen Strecke durch die Marsch nach Bremen oder mit dem Zug ab Kirchweyhe Bahnhof-Ost nach Bremen. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und bietet alles, was du benötigst, um komfortabel und angenehm zu übernachten.

Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten "Flüsseviertel" der Bremer Neustadt, zentral gelegen und mit besten Verkehrsanbindungen. Die City ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in wenigen Minuten, aber auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Den Flughafen erreicht man ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit der Bahn.

Nio is a charming host. She sent clear instructions and was waiting to greet us and show us around the apartment. The place is spotlessly clean and very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Plenty of towels and fresh linen and well equipped kitchen. The water,snacks and supply of coffee was an added bonus. The location is ideal for walking into the centre of Bremen and there are a couple of supermarkets within a short distance. We were able to park right outside the door with the residents permit provided. Highly recommend Nio’s apartment and we would return in a heartbeat.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut – stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen kann. Der Kontakt mit Mel und Bel war super angenehm und unkompliziert – schnelle Kommunikation und reibungslose Organisation. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in dieser Wohnung. Sarah war immer gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Böttchergasse. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Weser ist super. Der Sonnenschirm könnte vielleicht etwas größer sein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parken in der Tiefgarage war gut beschrieben und sehr praktisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Annas Unterkunft. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und war super gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. In der Küche waren alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Die Öffis waren fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum waren es ca. 20 Minuten. Parken kann man auch super an der Straße. Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Wuppertal

Unser Aufenthalt bei Margot hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Wasser, inmitten der Natur, ist optimal. Sowohl die Stadt als auch der nahe gelegene Park sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, hell und geräumig. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
