Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Genieße die ruhige und freundliche Stimmung im lichtdurchfluteten "Kunst-Nest" Atelier-Loft. Am Rande des Bremer Kultur-Viertels liegt es im Dachgeschoss eines Atelierhauses - ein wenig vergessen von der Welt- malerisch am Bahndamm. Fußläufig findet man Bars, Museen, kleine Läden, das Theater, den Bremer Bürgerpark und die Weserpromenade. Auf Wunsch können eine Atelierführung, ein Kunst-Workshop in meinem Atelier oder ein Spaziergang durch das Bremer Kultur-Viertel hinzugebucht werden.

Der Blick vom Balkon erfasst Beerenfelder, Rhododendronhecken und die dörfliche Stimmung im Aller-Leine-Tal. Die Wohnung bietet viel Komfort, besonders geräumig sind Bad und Wohnbereich. Uraltes Fachwerk wurde teilweise erhalten und mit modernen Elementen kombiniert. Auf dem Hof befinden sich weitere Ferienwohnungen.

Unser Reitstall liegt direkt an der Grenze zu Bremen. Mitten zwischen Wiesen und Feldern, nah am Vogelschutzgebiet. Mit dem Auto oder Zug seid ihr in einer Viertelstunde in der Bremer Innenstadt.
