Fußläufig erreichbar: Shoppingcenter (Hansa-Carré), Restaurants, Weser, Weserwehr & Naturschutzgebiet. Da wir im Haus ebenfalls eine Wohnung bewohnen geben wir gerne jederzeit Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bremen.

Auf dem 3500 qm großen Grundstück, welches von alten Eichen umringt ist, gibt es viel Platz zum verweilen, spielen und entspannen. Ihr habt das komplette Dachgeschoss des Hauses für Euch. Es leben drei KATZEN (Mieke, Erwin und Kurt) mit uns in der unteren Etage. Es könnte sein, dass sie Euch mal besuchen, falls die Tür offen ist.

Im Flur zum allein genutzten Badezimmer, steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.
