The property is on 5 acres and large green space makes there a lot of bolt space around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. Built in 1929, the house is a charming house with lots of space. Brekstad is just an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is 10 minutes' walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike paths, hiking trails and historical sights.

Tourist fishing registered cabin with 18 ft boat

Tourist fishing registered cabin in beautiful surroundings. Included in the price is an 18 foot Silver Viking with 40-50 hp. The boat is designed for 3 people. It is possible to rent an extra boat for an additional fee if there are 4 or more people. Here you can fish in both the fjord and the sea as the sea is nearby. Floating jetty is under construction with its own space for processing fish. Freezers are also available. Pictures are coming.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person

Here you enjoy a few days in the countryside, only 10 km (100 km) from Trondheim. Lots of nice hiking opportunities, canoe rental, shop and pub a short distance from the cabin. Road all the way to the front.
