I'll start by saying that Daniel is a super host! You will not find a better communicator! The instructions were very precise and accurate. If you read the details that are sent, you will have a very smooth check in with no guess work! This place is as advertised!. I didn't have any issues with any of the amenities. My trip to the Dallas area was for my grandson's graduation and I felt very much at home and very secure while I was there. I will definitely stay there again! ☆☆☆☆☆

Corina and Jeremy were wonderful hosts! They accommodated our early arrival with the pups as well as a later checkout. Communication was prompt and helpful and made everything stress free. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom beach house at 401 Admiral Drive in Gun Barrel City, TX. The property is perfect for a family getaway — our group of 10 stayed comfortably for two days and had an amazing experience. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything in great working condition. The backyard is truly a highlight — spacious and peaceful with direct access to the water, a fishing dock, and a beach volleyball setup. We also enjoyed water sports right from the property, which made it even more special. The owner, Shinu, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This house was AMAZING. It is in a great neighborhood and has access to the garage. The beds were comfortable and thr w asher/drier were nice to have. Everything was very clean and homely. We will definitely stay here again!

I spent a weekend at this place and really enjoyed it. It’s located at an excellent location close to Lake Travis and there is plenty to do! It has a nice yard and great views of the surrounding area. The bed is very easy to fold and convenient to put away to have more space during the day. Most importantly, Matt was very responsive and helpful in giving us the best experience possible!

We had a great time at Tray’s place in Austin, TX. The place was very clean and spacious. Tray communicated very efficiently and timely. He was able to promptly answer and help me with any questions that arose during my stay. Would recommend this location in the future.

This is our first time using Airbnb and Lauren made it a wonderful experience. We loved the house, the lake and the privacy. It was exactly what we needed. The golf cart was great to get around in. My family loved the beach and the lake and we took advantage of the pool as well. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was super friendly. There aren’t a lot of restaurants around the area but that was not an issue for us. We took advantage of the kitchen and grill. We were truly “on lake time”. Thank you again to Lauren and we hope to be back again!

The house is super clean, very well organized and I can clearly see the host put a lot of thought into the interior design. The pool is very well maintained and clean. I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!
