We love staying at Edinaldo and Nil's house. Very kind, polite and cordial hosts. The home matches the description and photos. Guapimirim is a surprising little town, polite people, beautiful waterfalls and marked trails. We'll be back for sure!

It was a very nice place, great privacy, super stylish architecture, comfortable beds and couch, silent place day and night. The host and co-hosts would communicate all the time. Very pro-active. I would go back there to this place.

The site is great, everything very organized and clean, the owner left a wonderful cupcake for us, and it was very attentive in everything, the pool is very good, having tv and also a sound box in the space, the well-equipped kitchen having equipment to do everything we need, we will definitely come back, and we recommend it to everyone

We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with a market and bakery very close, which makes everyday life much easier. The house is simply charming: beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and with great quality items. A real charm! Marcel was super attentive, always responded quickly and was very kind to us. Val, the housekeeper, also received us with great politeness and care. In addition, check-in in the morning is a plus. It was a perfect weekend!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

We loved the space, the house was extremely impeccable, nothing was missing during our stay, it had exactly everything a house needs to have. It accommodated all people comfortably. Elaine was super attentive from our reservation to the end of the accommodation. Everything was perfect!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

We had very pleasant days at the house: the view is breathtaking (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well maintained, the leisure area is super functional with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We were able to stay comfortably: air-conditioning worked properly, the shower was good and hot, and we made good use of the kitchen and other areas of the house. The highlight of everything was the service provided by the hostess/homemaker Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We didn't notice any major disadvantages in the house except that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not-so-recent construction). It is worth noting that, although the house is super close to the beaches of Geribá and Ferradura (about 5-10 minutes by car), its location high up makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The house is excellent! The best hosting we did via Airbnb. House very comfortable, functional, complete and was extremely clean. EVERYTHING we needed had there. We felt at home..and best of all, it is a few meters from the beach, we slept listening to the noise of the sea. It exceeded our expectations. The condominium is beautiful, lots of nature. It has bakery, markets and restaurants very close to the house. Fernando was an excellent host, it was all the time available. He directed us to Marli to help us with the house, which was excellent to make our stay even better.

The house is wonderful, we loved the stay, everything was beautiful and impeccable. The location of the house is great, close to everything the condominium offers and in a very reserved location. Host Sonia was always very helpful and assisted us in everything we needed during the stay, always responding promptly to our needs. We'll definitely be back more often, it was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at.

If you’re looking for a true jungle escape, this is the perfect spot. As noted in the listing, there’s a bit of a climb to reach the property—but it’s well worth it for the added privacy and stunning views away from the more crowded parts of the island. There’s no AC, so it can get a little warm at times. I’d suggest adding a few extra fans for comfort, but we found that leaving the doors open at night allowed a nice breeze in, and the bugs weren’t much of an issue. Magali is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she even let us store our luggage on her porch after checkout so we could continue exploring the island without worry. Casa Maravilhosa, as well as hostess Sira. Replies quickly and clearly! By the time we could travel, we ended up arriving earlier, but they were flexible with the check in, which was great!!! Very discreet and helpful Meire and Luciano. The house in person is even bigger and more beautiful. We had a little difficulty finding it, but Meire promptly sent us the location, it was better than the GPS. Only one thing to score: one of the rooms in the ad says it is a double bed and a single bed, but it only has one double bed. But the 4 extra mattresses served us well!
