We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Welcome to our piece of paradise on the marshes of McCalley Creek in Seabrook SC – 15 minutes to the picturesque town of Beaufort! You will enjoy a fully furnished camper with full hookup, kitchen, bath, and wifi. Guests have access to the dock and kayaks at high tide! Ask host about tide schedule and kayaks. We ask all toilet paper be disposed in the trash can provided in the bathroom to prevent septic issues. Some campers find this disturbing so we would like to give you a heads up.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah!
