We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

Great apartment with a view and very friendly family

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

Hans was responsive and welcoming as a host. We were due to arrive on Sunday when food markets are closed, so he bought a few basics to have on hand. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

We had a wonderful stay. The appartment was clean warm and comfortable. The view was incredible and the host was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

My stay with Peter was great and I was warmly welcomed by his family. I was with my dog for a hiking holiday in St. Johann and the accommodation is an ideal starting point for this - whether on the Kitzbühler Horn or the Kaiser Mountains. Quiet walks can be taken almost endlessly along the Kitzbühler Großache, which flows only a few meters away. The room was very clean, sheets and towels smelled pleasantly fresh. The small kitchenette has everything you need, incl. Coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Several supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. I'll be more than happy to come back!

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

The room was really well furnished and clean, all kitchen utensils were there, so you had no restrictions when cooking. The location was also great and you were on foot in 5 minutes at the lake.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Important practical information not listed in the listing: Bus 8 from the main road leaves every 15 minutes to Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the Nasserein lift. It is just over 1 kilometer from the home and down to the bus stop, but you can park your car at the opposite stop where the bus stops when you drive home from Sankt Anton. It's about 200 meters between the two stops. The free ski depot that comes with the apartment is staffed, where staff are standing every day for skis, boots and ski poles and hand it out again. The ski spot is located 100 meters from bus stops and there is direct access from the shop up to the Nasserein lift.

Andreas was a very nice host and the apartment was very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and great for hikes on the Staffelsee. Glad to come back!

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was just a dream, very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool is simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would always stay with you again, there was simply nothing missing. Your homemade honey and delicious schnapps were also very tasty. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. We had an all-around great stay in this apartment! The place was exactly as described – modern and clean. The fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful view from the balcony. The location was also ideal. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful with any questions. Check-in was completely straightforward. We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our time at Christine & Sepp's. Great apartment with a wonderful hot tub in a relaxing, quiet location. For the children, the time with the animals was also particularly nice. Thank you for your warm welcome, see you again.

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Great and clean house, just like in the description and pictures. Very tastefully furnished and equipped. Perfect starting point for hikes and only a 15-minute walk to the village center to Garmisch. Emre is a super nice and accommodating host who was always available and left nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and would immediately choose it again.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Very pleasant experience, very nice and equipped apartment, very comfortable supermarket below the house, in the immediate vicinity distributor of fresh milk, fresh eggs and other food products, and a pharmacy with very kind staff. Convenient location to visit many characteristic countries located just a short trip away. The hot tub is fabulous, although it's forbidden to bring glass. Free parking downstairs from the house. Great communication with Florian.
