Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

A house with standard kitchen, toilet, shower, washing machine, living room with TV, bedroom for 2-3 people and patio with evening sun. A small cottage with two bunk beds. A small cottage with a family bed. Röe farm with restaurant is a short walk away. 4 minutes by car to the store in Brodalen which is an Ica to-go store so it is always open. If you want to take an excursion, Lysekil, Nordens Ark and many other nice places are a car ride away.

Cottage of 60 sqm with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stovetop and oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

The decor is older but fully functional. Now a renovation is underway, meaning that we offer a lower price for those who want to enjoy the Bohuslän nature at a really good value. A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
