Välkomna till vårt helt nybyggda lilla hus med alla faciliteter i ett lugnt område. Fullutrustat kök, badrum med tvättmaskin och torkmöjligheter. Stor altan med grill och vidsträckt utsikt över havet och båthamnen. Nära till havet, enskilt men ändå i samhället, högst upp på en återvändsgata finner du detta lilla hus. Ca 300 meter till Orust finaste badplats med bryggor, hopptorn, klippor och en liten strand för de allra minsta. Välsorterad mataffär och utmärkt pizzeria 150 meter från huset.

På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Charmig liten stuga från slutet på 1800-talet. På första plan möts du av öppen planlösning mellan vardagsrum och kök. Runt huset finns en stor skyddad altan med utsikt över havet och badplats med brygga. En liten trappa upp finner ni en nyrenoverad övervåning med badrum. 15 minuters gångavstånd längs vattnet in till Ljungskile centrum och tåg/buss station och bara 50 meter till 2 trevliga restauranger. En lugn liten oas med närhet till natur och gott om aktiviteter i området för den som vill.
