Monthly Rentals in Brandywine Creek

The house had everything we needed and was in a quiet condo complex. It was very easy to check in by ourselves. We stayed for a month, and Darius made sure we had bathroom and kitchen supplies to last us the whole time. He was very easy to communicate with. Wilmington was charming!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Even though the room is in a shared house, the kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The fridge is also neatly organized, with each shelf dedicated for each renter in the house. Other renters in the house range from short-term to more long-term tenants. The bathroom is especially nice -- the toilet even has a fancy bidet attachment and there is a skylight above the shower. The room comes with a large comfortable bed, ample closet storage, TV, desk, and small couch. Perfect if you need to get some work done during your stay. There are not many restaurants in the immediate area, so I especially appreciate that the building is right next to Scout Cafe. One thing to note for light sleepers, this is an older building, so it comes with some quirks. There was one night with strong wind and the windows were rattling quite loudly.

I happen to have my birthday during my stay. They threw me a party!! how cool is that!!
