Vacation rentals with a patio in Brancaleone-Marina

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

The apartment is in a beautiful location in front of the Duomo. Super clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the corner played dance music until 2:00 am on Saturday, but the bedroom is in the back of the building and blocked out 90% of the sound. We had a great stay and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you for a wonderful time in Reggio Calabria.

The apartment offered by Antonella is very well furnished, very clean and even offers a private courtyard to park your vehicle. Very appreciable option given the difficulties in finding parking spaces on the adjacent streets.

We were late arriving but Giuseppe was waiting for us and brought us to the place. The apartment was like the description. We were the first guests and everything was new, beautiful and practical. Everything worked perfectly. The beds comfortable, enough storage space for our clothes, the bathroom with nice shower and good light, a spacious kitchen. We especially enjoyed the large terrace, from which you can see something of the beautiful Ganzirri lake and the strait. There was a small short problem with the internet but Giuseppe took care of it immediately. The location of the apartment on the lake next to the church is very nice. Everything can be reached on foot, including the neighboring town of Torre Faro. The buses stop right down the road, so you can go to Messina, but also towards Mortelle. This gives you the opportunity to go bathing in the Jonische- or in the Thyrenian Sea. We definitely recommend the place for sure!

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Great homely flat right near the beach. Fantastic roof terrace and well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. We felt very welcomed and content.

The place was amazing. Very clean,comfortable and fantastic location. Ilenia was ever so helpful during our stay. Definitely worth it.

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. Kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Great location near Piazza Rocco. You do need to walk down to the beach and Chianalea as the lift is out of operation. Follow Lorenzo's pictures starting in front of the Church in Piazza Rocco rather than rely on Maps. Lorenzo organised a taxi for us. Highly recommended

Large spaces, strategic location, minimal finishes and furnishings but with impeccable taste and cleanliness. As well as the relationship with the Host. We spent a fantastic week of tranquility, beautiful scenery and excellent food. We'll be back and highly recommend it. Thanks to Luigi and family

SUPER RECOMMENDED! The house is beautiful and is just as seen in the photos. TOP cleanliness. It also has an indoor parking lot where you can leave your car. The place is in a strategic area, because it is in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea (you don't even need a car to get there) but also within walking distance of the center of Roccella. The guys who helped us to meet our needs were fantastic and responded immediately. Easy check-in and easy check-out.

beautiful, clean, very quiet place with a sea view and airy. When you return from visits, it is a treat to stop on the terrace to cool off. Rosa is very kind. You should definitely try it.

The apartment is located very close to the sea. The larger terrace offers great views of the sea and sunrise, and the smaller one overlooking the beautiful mountains. With Andrea's pinpoint description, it was easy to find the apartment's covered private parking spot with a camera and motion sensor and a key locker. The apartment is on the top floor. The building has an elevator up from the garage, but one flight of stairs still has to be climbed. But worth it. The pictures in her description show the family atmosphere well. Since the rooms and the kitchen are fully equipped, I can recommend staying there for a longer period of time. The location and atmosphere of the kitchen is really special. The neighborhood is quiet during the low season (I don't know what it's like in the summer), but the shops, great restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops are still in operation at this time. Andrea is a very kind and helpful host. We would love to go back to her apartment. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

We enjoyed the idyllic location and tranquility. Tonino and Caterina were very accommodating. It was surprising that a security deposit was required and the air conditioning was charged extra.

Tania’s property was in a wonderful location, with less than a five minute walk to the beach. There is a local market to buy some food and toiletries, and a shuttle that can take you to other towns to do larger shops- Tania recommended us this and called in advance so they’d pick us up. The air conditioning and fans in the property make it so comfortable to live in. Tania was a great host, she let us check in early, picked us up from the station and was overall extremely welcoming. She was so helpful throughout our stay- from giving us recommendation to quick responses whenever we had a question.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

We loved our stay in this beautiful Seaside town so close to Taormina. The apartment is amazing with a gorgeous rooftop balcony. It is so easy to stroll down and have a dinner at all the amazing restaurants. We really appreciated the fresh fruit, wine and nibbles.

We had a really good time! Silvana is very kind and generous, an exceptional guest. The apartment is very nice, well equipped and perfect for 6 people who love tranquility. The two terraces are beautiful and well located for sun/shade exposure and both with a beautiful view of the citrus groves and the sea. You can easily access the sand and gravel beach with crystal clear sea, very quiet even in August. It's a really relaxing place to get away. We really liked it. Thank you Silvana! We hope to be back soon.
