Vacation rentals with a patio in Brancaleone-Marina

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

The apartment is in a beautiful location in front of the Duomo. Super clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the corner played dance music until 2:00 am on Saturday, but the bedroom is in the back of the building and blocked out 90% of the sound. We had a great stay and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you for a wonderful time in Reggio Calabria.

Merci à Antonella pour sa réactivité et ses attentions pour répondre au mieux à nos demandes. l'appartement proposé par Antonella est très bien aménagé, très propre et propose même une cour privée permettant d'y garer son véhicule. Option très appréciable compte tenu des difficultés à trouver des places de stationnement dans les rues adjacentes.

Wir hatten bei der Ankunft Verspätung, aber Giuseppe hat auf uns gewartet und zu der Unterkunft gebracht. Das Appartement war wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren die ersten Gäste und alles war neu, schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles funktionierte tadellos. Die Betten bequem, genügend Stauraum für unsere Kleidung, das Bad mit schöner Dusche und gutem Licht, eine geräumige Küche. Besonders hat uns die große Terrasse gefallen, von der man etwas vom schönen Ganzirri See und der Meerenge sehen kann. Es gab ein kleines kurzes Problem mit dem Internet, aber Giuseppe hat sich sofort gekümmert. Die Lage des Appartements am See neben der Kirche ist sehr schön. Zu Fuss lässt sich alles erreichen, z B auch der Nachbarort Torre Faro. Die Busse halten direkt unten an der Strasse, so dass man nach Messina, aber auch Richtung Mortelle fahren kann. Man hat somit die Möglichkeit, mal im Jonischen- oder auch im Thyrenischem Meer baden zu gehen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall!

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Siamo contentissimi del nostro soggiorno da Iliena. l'appartamento è molto carino con tutte le commodità, una grande terrazza con la doccia fuori, e con vista sul mare. l'appartamento è vicino a tanti belli posti da visitare. Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Great location near Piazza Rocco. You do need to walk down to the beach and Chianalea as the lift is out of operation. Follow Lorenzo's pictures starting in front of the Church in Piazza Rocco rather than rely on Maps. Lorenzo organised a taxi for us. Highly recommended

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana all'insegna di tranquillità, bei paesaggi e cibo eccellente. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie a Luigi e famiglia

SUPER CONSIGLIATO! La casa è bellissima ed è proprio come si vede nelle foto. Pulizia TOP. Ha anche un parcheggio interno dove lasciare la macchina. Il posto è in una zona strategica, perchè è in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare ( non serve neanche la macchina per arrivarci) ma anche a due passi dal centro di Roccella. I ragazzi che ci hanno seguiti per soddisfare le nostre esigenze sono stati fantastici e rispondo subito. Facile il check in e facile il check out.

Die Unterkunft in Santa Maria ist sehr empfehlenswert: Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und der Garten ist romantisch. Man hört das Meer-Rauschen und zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Anna ist eine warme und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Sie reagiert sofort und half uns auch bei einer abendlichen Lärmbelästigung noch sehr. Kurzum: Bei einem Besuch an der Costa degli Dei ist das Haus in Santa Maria eine super Adresse - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, Anna, für alles!

alloggio bello, pulito, posto molto tranquillo vista mare e arieggiato. al ritorno da visite è un toccasana fermarsi nel terrazzo a rinfrescarsi. Rosa gentilissima. Da provare, assolutamente.

Az apartman a tengerhez nagyon közel helyezkedik el. A nagyobbik teraszról remek kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a napfelkeltére, a kisebbikről pedig a csodás hegyekre. Andrea tűpontos leírásával egyszerű volt az apartmanhoz tartozó fedett, kamerával és mozgásérzékelővel felszerelt privát parkolóhely és a kulcsszekrény megtalálása. Az apartman a legfelső emeleten van. Az épületben lift üzemel a garázstól felfelé, de egy emeletnyit így is lépcsőzni kell. De megéri. A leírásában szereplő képek jól bemutatják a családias hangulatot. Mivel a szobák és a konyha felszereltsége is teljes, ezért akár hosszabb időre is javasolhatónak tartom az ottartózkodást. A konyha elhelyezkedése és hangulata igazán különleges. A környék csendes a főszezonon kívül (nem tudom milyen nyáron), de a boltok, a remek éttermek, kávézók és cukrászdák ilyenkor is rendesen üzemelnek. Andrea nagyon kedves, segítőkész házigazda. Szívesen visszamennénk a lakásába. Köszönjük szépen a lehetőséget.

Wir haben die idyllische Lage und die Ruhe genossen. Tonino und Caterina waren sehr zuvorkommend. Überraschend war, dass eine Kaution verlangt wurde und die Klimaanlage extra berechnet wurde.

Tania’s property was in a wonderful location, with less than a five minute walk to the beach. There is a local market to buy some food and toiletries, and a shuttle that can take you to other towns to do larger shops- Tania recommended us this and called in advance so they’d pick us up. The air conditioning and fans in the property make it so comfortable to live in. Tania was a great host, she let us check in early, picked us up from the station and was overall extremely welcoming. She was so helpful throughout our stay- from giving us recommendation to quick responses whenever we had a question.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

We loved our stay in this beautiful Seaside town so close to Taormina. The apartment is amazing with a gorgeous rooftop balcony. It is so easy to stroll down and have a dinner at all the amazing restaurants. We really appreciated the fresh fruit, wine and nibbles.

Siamo stati davvero bene! Silvana è gentilissima e generosa, un'ospite eccezionale. L'appartemento è molto bello, ben attrezzato e perfetto per 6 persone che amano la tranquillità. I due terrazzi sono splendidi e ben posizionati per l'esposizione al sole/all'ombra ed entrambi con una bella vista sugli agrumeti e sul mare. Si accede facilmente alla spiaggia di sabbia e ghiaia con mare cristallino, tranquillissima persino in agosto. È un posto davvero rilassante e perfetto per staccare. Ci è piaciuto molto. Grazie Silvana! Speriamo di ritornare presto.
