Orren cabin med ski inn and out

Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Hytta er 3D skannet, så er du i tvil på hvordan det ser ut, send melding så oversender vi link til Matterport skann. Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 400 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Great cottage on the mountain, Orren in Branäs

Park the car and enjoy the fantastic Branäs. This is the cottage to hang out in. Spring-Summer-Fall: Enjoy cycling, fishing, swimming in Klarälven river, hiking and berry picking in the area. Restaurant and shop are open during high season. Winter: Have access to the entire ski system and everything that comes with it. Ski in/out in snow (otherwise 150 meters to the system) It is located in a beautiful environment overlooking the west side of Branäsberget. Guests clean up after themselves. Bed linen can be rented for SEK 200/person if you book well in advance. Free charging of electric car!

The cottage has 10 beds, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, furnished patios and barbecue grill. Spacious 122 sqm with ground floor and loft. Open floor plan for kitchen and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms, including double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and a double bed in the upstairs loft. Villa Granhede - lake location with hot tub, fireplace, etc.

In the wilderness of Lekvattnet is Villa Granhede with a wonderful location with its own lake plot and jetty by Lekvattnetsjön. Here you can bathe in a wood-fired hot tub and light a fire in the fire pit right down by the lake. Fish by the house or in one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike the 7 Torpsleden trail, about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding directly on the property, ice skating or ice fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski slopes just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

New beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows, etc. Branäs ski resort 7 km, Långberget cross-country skiing 12 km, Trysil ski resort 90 km, bathhouse 500 m. Fishing, scooter, biking, skating, hiking. The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎

Fantastic year-round cottage with lake views

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.

Räven 6-Branäs

The cabin has 13+2 beds, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with sauna) and spacious kitchen/living room as well as an attic living room. In addition, there is a large terrace, where you can rent a private hot tub, wood-fired hot tub, as well as a private barbecue hut. You can slide right into the ski network/access trail from the terrace, both alpine and cross-country skiing🏂⛷️🎿 Here you can enjoy as much time as possible outside, either on the terrace, in the hot tub or on the hill. In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Basement apartment with its own entrance from the outside, new kitchen. View directly to the slopes and the gondola in Branäs. Access to the wood-fired sauna is available by agreement on the same floor. The house is located just before the village of Mården, at the facility in Branäs. All equipment in the kitchen, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, new oven, toaster, etc. Bed linens and towels the company itself has to bring, otherwise everything should be in place.
