Andrea's studio is very well equipped and cozy! It is very close to the K1 building where we had a training and you could walk, but the neighborhood at night was scary, during the day it was very quiet. I would definitely book again if we have a new appointment nearby.

Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

The location is very good, very central, close to malls, markets, bars, etc. The access is also quite easy, and the employees give all the guidance that is needed. Great pool place. Spent only one day. Felt a bit too much bureaucracy to enter the building but I guess this is all for safety. The furniture is a bit outdated but you get what you paid for. Overall was a good experience and for a short stay was worth it.

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

We rented the house because our wedding was in a buffet in the mountains and it was the best thing we did! It was super quiet to arrive, quietly accommodated 25 people, has many bathrooms, mattresses and the area of the barbecue is very tasty to enjoy in a group! In addition, the house is impeccable, very organized, clean and has everything you need. And Emerson and his wife are super quiet and available to help with anything you need during your stay! With a cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guest interaction, whether it's a pizza night, wines around the fireplace, chatting in the living room or a barbecue.
