Necessary equipment in the kitchen and even a complete barbecue kit made the stay more enjoyable. The location is safe, which provides peace of mind at night and when leaving the house.

The house is very cozy! Mr. Laercio is very helpful. The house was clean and so were the bed items. One suggestion would be a slightly more powerful oven. In addition, my friends and I had a wonderful stay.

It was an incredible trip, however, the accommodation was a show; beautiful house, mega equipped, beautiful and functional. It far exceeded our expectations and honestly, in person the house is much more charming, cozy and beautiful than it appears in the photos. Delicious place, safe and close to everything we needed. Gilda, who welcomed us to the house, gave us unique attention, it even seemed like a prank, how well we were received and the way we were welcomed (considering the days we have been living in our society). I highly recommend it.

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linens and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a shower stall in the bathroom with a gas shower and a few more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

We had a wonderful experience at this house in Monte Verde! The house is simply charming, very charming, cozy and extremely well equipped — thought out in the smallest details to offer comfort. Excellent house, everything working, good beds, bed linens and towels were provided, everything very clean and organized, house is well ventilated, very large and very comfortable, we had an excellent holiday, the hosts are extremely friendly, respond quickly and helped us at all times, internet works throughout the house with routers around the house, very complete house, nothing was missing!!! The apartment was organized, clean, cozy, I have nothing to complain about, I just didn't like that there were 4 contacts from the host who sent me messages, and that so far I don't understand the reason, And today, as trickery runs rampant, I was even worried if it was fake or real. From the beginning, the arrival and departure times were arranged, and they even sent me a message 1 day before departure, letting me know the time to check out. In short... there was not well organized, that is, there should have been 1 host to be in contact with the guest. Other than that, I spent unforgettable days with my family, enjoying a cozy place, I certainly recommend it and would come back again.

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

The house is amazing, maybe even better than in the photos. Very spacious, beautiful, with several leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the hot tub due to setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-benefit and very close to SP!

The villa is even more beautiful in person! The nearby lake gives a special charm to the place, and the treehouse brings that sweet nostalgia of childhood dreams. The countryside has a rustic and old style, but this does not compromise the experience at all – on the contrary, it only adds to the cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was warm throughout the stay, allowing you to enjoy until the evening, and our dog had too much fun running down the lawn. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay until later on the last day. We definitely want to go back!

The place is very nice, very well accommodated our family of 12 adults. I emphasize the extreme good taste of the leisure space, the balcony with the barbecue, connected to the kitchen and the pool, barbarian! The land is huge, it even has a space where there are pigs, sheep, horses and a cow with its calf! Very cool! I recommend hiring Simone, an angel who took great care of our family! She and Marco were extremely considerate of us - our dogs especially loved Marco's patience! We'll be back!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!
