We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.

We spent an amazing weekend in the house , it's big but at the same time cozy ! We were very well received by Henrique, friendly and attentive. We still had the opportunity to take advantage of the fireplace the day we arrived , a very tasty sensation. Patricia's place is simply wonderful! Super spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The village is at the highest point of a gated condo, so the view is breathtaking. The structure of the house is super complete, there is nothing missing: kitchen utensils, appliances, all well organized and functioning perfectly. The heated pool makes all the difference. Even on cooler days, the water was at the perfect temperature. It was an amazing experience, it would definitely come back!

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

A very cozy place for couples. All very clean and organized. The place is very close to downtown Monte Verde and you can walk and enjoy the scenery. The host always gave us a lot of attention. It's definitely a place I'd recommend and return to more often!
