We really enjoy your stay! The flat is clean, well organized and comfortable, it serves a couple and a child well. The only observation is about checkout time (11h). As the condominium pool only opens after 10am, it does not pay for those who want to enjoy the morning before leaving. A checkout a little later would be perfect for guests to enjoy better. Overall, it was a great experience!

We stayed in the apartment for three days, we had everything we needed within reach and easy to access Wonderful accommodation with everything smelling good, from the linens to the environment The view from the balcony was very nice, we were admiring the planes that passed by I would easily recommend the flat, it has a good location in a relatively quiet place

Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

I will definitely stay there again. The surroundings offer good options of restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies, and the staff of the building are very friendly. I spent a weekend with my parents, who are old and everything was very quiet. Good accommodation, with closets, minibar, hot bath. Everything is working and clean!

We rented the house because our wedding was in a buffet in the mountains and it was the best thing we did! It was super quiet to arrive, quietly accommodated 25 people, has many bathrooms, mattresses and the area of the barbecue is very tasty to enjoy in a group! In addition, the house is impeccable, very organized, clean and has everything you need. And Emerson and his wife are super quiet and available to help with anything you need during your stay! Super recommend staying at their home! It was really great!

The house is really amazing. The design favors natural light, spaces, and contact with nature. With a cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guest interaction, whether it's a pizza night, wines around the fireplace, chatting in the living room or a barbecue. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful property. Victor is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The local staff is very helpful. Rodrigo's house in Joanópolis was one of the best accommodations I ever stayed through Airbnb , communication 1000% , the house is identical to the photos all in extreme good taste . All impeccable suites in bed , bathroom , air conditioning , etc . To close with a gold key, we hired the appointment of Rodrigo and Dona Odete the cook and the Dona Elvira auxiliary and organizer of the space made a total difference the tranquility they provided us, apart from the fact that Dona Odete's food is incredible , so for you who are reading, be sure to include this convenience in your stay !!! Thanks Rodrigo for all support , always success in the journey and until soon I will return to Joanópolis !!!!
