The kindest and most proactive host out there. Gregg bent over backwards to accommodate our tricky extended stay. He delivered cleaning supplies and kept us stocked with what we needed, and made sure we were comfortable in his great little airbnb in Eastgate. The location was perfect, the beds were great, the house was clean and easy to cool and warm, and there was fast WiFi for work and play. 6 out of 5 stars to the host!

We really enjoyed staying here. The inside was so well put together and the bed was very comfortable. Such a beautiful place to rest and relax. Even though we did not fish, it would be a dream spot for someone who wanted to bring their boat, kayak, or fish from the dock. We enjoyed the outdoor area and cooked out on the charcoal grill. Melissa was a great host and responded promptly. Already thinking about our next visit.

Awesome host + awesome house = awesome stay! We had a last minute problem at the air bnb we originally booked and arrived there to find no electricity and it could not be fixed. We had to quickly find another place as we had a baseball game to be at, 6pm at the university. We booked Todd’s place and sent a quick message as to what happed at the other place and we needed the code asap to get in so we could make the game. Todd was so prompt and within a minute or two I had the code. The house was in a beautiful community and is very nice. Beds were comfy and liked everything about it. Thank you so much Todd for saving the weekend and for sharing your home with us. Would not hesitate to stay again when in the area.

Julia’s place had a great location, centrally located in the FSU area. The townhome was very comfortable, nicely decorated and a quiet neighborhood . The only thing is I wish we had hangers for our clothes, other than that minor thing we had a great stay

Rorry’s place was very nice and cozy! We felt very comfortable and greatly appreciated all of her easy instructions and responses. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Rorry allowed us to keep our car parked in the driveway while we went to Easter mass at the church across the street, which we very much appreciated. Thank you again Rorry! We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a charming and enchanting place. My nephew Who is 5 talked about staying here until he went to sleep last night. They have made the upstairs for kids and have a boy’s room and girl’s room. They have a nice pool and fire pit where we enjoyed beautiful days by the pool and nice nights by the fire. Great location. Was right by a gas station that has an incredible taco truck. We walked there as it’s just 15 steps from the property and got dinner. Plenty of room for us and the pets, and a great yard for the dog. No issues with the person who lives next door and no noise was heard. Would stay there again!
