Monthly Rentals in Bradford

Rana is a super responsive host. Private entrance from a cool backyard. Just enough furnishings inside to meet your needs - small dining table and chairs, couch in living room. The space was quite open and large. I will say that due to it being a basement suite, you can hear noise from the family living upstairs. Didn’t bother me though and the price was right!

We had a great experience staying at Hossein's place and would highly recommend staying here. The host provided a lot of information about the home, the amenities, and the checking in/out process which helped our stay to go smoothly. Check in was easy and simple. The home was very clean and very welcoming. It had everything you could need for a weekend stay! The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a large green area with a playground a short walk away - perfect for kids. Check out was also easy and simple. I really appreciated that the host did not require us to act as a house cleaner as some Air BnBs do despite charging a cleaning fee. The only drawbacks are the home is on a very busy four lane road so there is quite a bit of street noise and there is very little sound proofing in the home so we could hear the downstairs tenants talking, closing doors, and watching TV. At no point were the tenants making excessive noise. We would stay again!

Linda was an amazing host great place to stay

Absolutely stunning place, 8min drive from Bradford Go if you wanted to go downtown Toronto. Great location with Tim Hortons, goodlife, Walmart, canadian and many restaurants. They are all walkable distance. Karla and Danilo's instructions are very clear to follow and didn't leave me with any confusions. I appreciate the stay 🙏
