My group and I truly loved this home ! It was quiet and in the perfect area for us! We will definitely be back!

lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

Megan’s house was just like the pictures. It had lots of beds which was perfect for family traveling to town for a family wedding. The pool table and heated pool were an added bonus.

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This is a wonderful Airbnb in a really special place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are in a quiet location within easy access of trails where you can run or walk and if you like to ride, there are plenty of equestrian places providing this facility including part of the Airbnb itself. Youssef and his family were welcoming and on hand to provide advice as needed. That said, they were never intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and homely and you certainly do not feel like rushing out but rather enjoying the facilities. There is everything that you could need for a short or extended stay. Towels were plentiful as were shampoo and lots of extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a real bonus for children or adults that like a daily swim and although shared with the family, I never felt restricted in its use and loved the fact that it was heated so was comfortable regardless of the external temperature. A wonderful stay and perfect host.

Michelle responds quickly on all inquiries we need on her place, she also instructed us on checked ins and out. Her place is gorgeous layout and exactly what is described on the pictures . Me and my family had a great time staying on her place, very homely and convenient. I will recommend her place to everyone.

What an absolute gem of a house! I felt right at home and so relaxed with the cherry tree blooming in the back yard. Kathleen added thoughtful details and helpful instructions. The house was within walking distance of amazing restaurants, cafes and shops.

We are extremely happy with our one week stay here while visiting family. The home was clean and well stocked, everything was exactly as described on the listing. The beds were super comfortable. Labeed was always prompt with his responses. No complaints at all about this place and we'd stay here again next time we are in Barrie!

Everything was great down to every little detail. Soaps, shampoo, Conditioner, towels, toothpaste and new brushes in case you forgot yours. Coffee, tea and sugar, water bottles and ice in the freezer. Every detail was perfect. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Only negative... is you can hear the main level apartment (living space) people walking around if heavy footed... but in general that was not a problem and not a complaint. Just an FYI for future renters.

Host was very responsive and attended to our needs accordingly. The place is beautiful especially with the big island, definitely helped with cooking. Big bedrooms and comfortable living space. Would come back again!

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

My friends and I loved this place. We had a wonderful experience staying here and Katerina was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the space was clean and comfortable. We stayed at Tara’s lovely home during our visit to Markham, and could not have been any more pleased with our stay. The entire check in process was simple and clear, Tara was extremely friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood is in a very convenient location. The home itself was very spacious, welcoming and spotless, not to mention it had all the amenities needed during our stay. This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I have to say; we’re very grateful to have booked such a beautiful home and great host! It’s located in a nice neighbourhood and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay again!
