Vacation rentals with a home theater in Bradenton

The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The pool was great and it was close to everything I wanted to do.

Ervin’s place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We were able to cook whatever we wanted. The queen mattress is soft. i have back pain so I slept on the twin bed. The pools were well heated. One of the saunas was not working and was not fixed the 3 weeks we were there. We discovered that the vacationers go year after year and thus many friendships are made. The condo is conveniently located with Publix a 4-5 minute walk. There are many restaurants around. The Gulf beaches are nearby. Ervin did not harass us with many rules as others have done. Felt comfortable.

We had a great stay. We were in town for a week long camp at USF and everything was very smooth. Location was great and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and games. Donte was great in communication and everything was as described. Thank you!

Amelia was a wonderful host. The Airbnb was perfect for a family vacation home. It had all of the amenities that family would need and more. Best of all she was very responsive and communicated very well. I will definitely be coming back to this Airbnb when I return to Tampa in the near future and recommend her to my family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb. The place was quiet, well-maintained, and packed with great amenities. Thomas was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Easily a 10/10 experience. We’d absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

I can't say enough about Anchor Down. I had booked a house this time further south and had a horrible experience. I checked out of there and was in need of a last minute reservation. I had stayed at their property before so I knew I could count on them. They were wonderful in answering right away so I wasn't left stranded. The house was perfectly clean and ready to go. My granddaughter loved the theater room. The pool was amazing and plenty of pool toys. IF you need to contact them for anything, they answer right away and make sure you don't have to wait for anything. Can't say enough about their hospitality and cleanliness!!!!

I can't say enough about our stay at Greg & Wendy's house. We showed up after a long day of travel to the most perfect vacation home. They had mood lighting and music welcoming us and quickly reached out to see if there was anything we needed. We were traveling with three families and four teenagers, the house offered everything we needed for an amazing week. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, we had no worries about teenage girls wandering around at any time of the day. The location was a perfect balance of a peaceful retreat in a location that we could take walks and bike rides to enjoy the town and coastal neighborhood while having proximity to AMI and all it has to offer. Manatee viewing was a quick 5 minute walk from the house! All of our shopping needs were right there and most of our drives to the Island were 15 minutes tops, be aware of the busiest times though. There is so much more I could say about this rental, but you should experience it for yourself!!!

We loved our stay at Ketan's place. While this is a premium priced property, I believe it was worth it because of all the amenities. My kids loved the pool and the back-yard games. We also really enjoyed the firepit. The home is a tastefully renovated older home with all the modern touches. We cooked many meals here and the kitchen is well stocked with good quality cookware. I also proved to my kids I can beat them in Mortal Combat!. Thanks for such great accommodations Ketan.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious Airbnb property in Florida, which was perfectly suited to accommodate our large family of nine. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Our host, Tony, was exceptionally gracious and helpful throughout our visit. He was highly responsive to any inquiries or concerns, and addressed all matters promptly and efficiently. His attentiveness and professionalism made our stay all the more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a pleasant and accommodating place to stay in the area.

My boyfriend and I I really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. It was nicely remodeled all throughout, the Ervin kindly provided beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The unit was spacious, and was decorated tastefully. The kitchen had some basic cooking items, silverware, plates and cups. I have stayed at several other units nearby, so I am very familiar with this area. The pools and hot tubs are great, and there is a club house with a pool table. The condo complex is near a main road with plenty of restaurants, and is about 20 mins from downtown Sarasota. We would definitely stay here again!

What a score! I was traveling through the area and needed a place to stay w my kids. I was hoping to find a place where we could enjoy the gulf. I feel like we got more value than we expected- the view was beautiful from our balcony, but added bonus was the little beach, pier and outdoor restaurant across the street. So awesome to not have to get back in the car and have all these sites in our backyard. Don’t miss the sunset! The unit was small, as described, a little larger than a normal hotel room w more room to eat and the bonus of the balcony. Rent from Tony for a great bargain- I appreciate that places like this exist. Affordable yet lovely. Btw- my kids loved the pool, the playground across the street and all the little lizards, birds and fish. Great to have the kids busy enjoying the space rather than stuck on their screens!

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at hundred of Airbnb's and VRBO's. Monica's place is head and ahoulders above . . I also was at Monica's place for approximately one month so I was able to get a better assessment of the property , the area and it amenities as opposed to someone who just stays a weekend .Monica's place exceeded expectations on all points. Her home was spotlessly clean., including kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Bed was super comfortable as was the bedding, and there was extra bedding and many fluffy towels, not to mention other thoughtful touches that she'd provided . There was starter coffee, water and other things just to get your first morning going . Having the front door lock with a combination instead of having to switch for a key was great as well ! The balcony right outside her living room was the place to be for morning coffee or for an afternoon glass of wine watching the sunset . All in all it was a perfect day and I plan to be back soon. !!

Matt was very friendly over the phone when we arrived. The location is amazing and very easy to navigate once you get established with the parking garage!

Thank you you for an amazing stay! Your condo is so comfortable, we felt right at home! So much for us to do and our children! We loved drinking our coffee on the patio. The boys loved playing pickle ball. Our daughter was playing lacrosse at IMG and we were within a mile of her games. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay and to go to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was immaculately clean! The whole condo and complex was so much better than the pictures showed. We had a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks so much.
