The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Weekly rental Sun-Sun. V 32 left! The house has nice spaces for socializing and wonderful dinners - both inside and out. PLEASE NOTE that there are 7 beds but 3 comfortable MATTRESSES. The mattresses fit in any bedroom. It is also possible to take it down to the lower floor. TV, DVD, Apple TV and some toys are available on the upper floor. Bathroom with bathtub as well. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Bed linens are not included.

A free car ferry runs every 30 minutes. Bicycles are available to borrow.
