The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. 60-square-meter cottage with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is combined with laundry. The cottage is secluded but close to the fishing village Mollösund with shops and restaurants. By ferry from Tuvesvik you can easily get to Käringön or Gullholmen. Within a mile radius you will come to hiking trails, golf and exercise opportunities.

Spacious house with large yard near the sea

Weekly rental Sun-Sun from week 25 The house has nice spaces for socializing and wonderful dinners - both inside and out. PLEASE NOTE that there are only 6 beds, one sofa bed, and 3 MATTRESSES. A mattress can fit in each bedroom. It is also possible to take it down to the lower floor. TV, DVD with movies and some toys are on the upper floor. Bathroom with bathtub as well. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Bed linens and towels are not included.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. A double bed on the ground floor and a double bed upstairs in the loft. Smaller common area with kitchenette, sofa and dining table. Access to part of the terrace and barbecue area. Close to swimming areas and tennis court (rackets are available to borrow). Towels and bed linen are available to borrow free of charge. Free parking is just outside the house.
