Combination of two independent air-conditioned apartments: on the ground floor a charming 20 m2 studio fully equipped with bathroom, separate toilet, equipped kitchen and sofa bed for two people. Through another door you can access the duplex located on the first floor: level 1, the living room with fitted kitchen On the second level, the bathroom with toilet, a small bedroom with a double bunk bed at the bottom and single at the top and another bedroom open to the landing with a double bed and "living room" area.

Winemaker's house - short stroll to the beach

19th century winemakers' house that has been completely restored and modernised whilst painstakingly preserving its original features. The property consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms - three of which have views over the town's château gardens. Other areas include roof terrace with views over the lagoon, spacious salon with fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. The house is a short stroll to the town's beaches, portside restaurants and twice weekly outdoor market.

You will also have access to our swimming pool (shared use with us only) Entry is through a vineyard and the garden is not suspected at first glance. This is where the studio is located.
