Spacious, full of character, 2 minute walk to ski lift and ski bus. Parking space a real bonus. Claudine met us and showed us around.

Just back from a fantastic week, right next to the main ski lifts in Val Claret, with a balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon / early evening overlooking the square and pistes. Didier's place has everything you need, and we will be back. Thanks Didier , Tyler Family

Thanks to Rob for hosting us. The apartment is located in the middle of the pedestrian area. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk! Apartment in a row, there is space.

Very nice apartment, cosy and very well equipped. Beautiful location towards the Imperial, you can easily walk to the old town of Annecy and its lake, in about ten minutes. Do it again.

The accommodation is impeccable, refurbished with great taste. Communication is easy with Jacques and Marie-Hélène. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The concierge service that makes the welcome and check-out are also very friendly. The only thing to discuss was the end of stay cleaning; it is indicated as "complete cleaning included" on Airbnb while the concierge informs us that cleaning of the kitchen is not included.

This place is extremely well located, being in the centre of Chamonix-Sud amongst all the shops and restaurants, and very walkable through town. It is also slightly set back from the busy shopping street so it is very quiet and peaceful in the apartment with stunning views of the mountains. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed with a well supplied kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Well appointed and modern apartment, quiet in the evenings and beds extremely comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and utensils. A short steep walk into town, or a longer easier route if necessary. 4m drive to the ski lift, we found parking every day. I’d recommend booking a ski locker in advance of a trip as they were all booked out over school holidays, so we had to keep skis in our car.

The accommodation is aptly named "MySweetArcs" is a cocoon in the heart of the resort. Very pleasant and functional accommodation, close to everything: lifts, shops, restaurant. Stéphane gave us all the information to access the accommodation and have a pleasant stay and Laurence welcomed us warmly with a lot of flexibility. Thanks to them, I recommend it 200%!!!

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

We had a great time, in karGlles' very nice apartment. Communication was extremely seamless and enjoyable. The space was sparkling clean, which is noteworthy!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Very lovely apartment in Le Majestic building, with windows facing Plan Praz and the Brevent Range, only a few minutes from the center of Chamonix and less than ten minutes walk uphill to the Plan Praz and Brevent lifts. Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment with great consistent communication with our hosts.

Most amazing stay we ever had at Airbnb. A family of four on a ski trip for four days. Very confronting place right next to the slopes and the ski lift.

We had a lovely stay , where we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Impeccable apartment, very nice interior and exterior decorations. ( especially at night, it's beautiful) The hot tub is a plus to lounge after a good day of walking. Everything about it is excellent Maud is a caring host, all his explanations were perfect for our arrival. And responsive to the messages we were able to communicate. Recommended

A just magnificent moment... Apartment with crazy decoration, I had never seen that... To be repeated in summer to use the terrace.

We had a beautiful 5 day stay. François was extremely helpful and gave us information and recommendations. He was on hand to help us with any queries we had and went above and beyond. The place was amazing with a great addition with the hot tub and views. It was well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. I look forward to staying again the future!

The flat is modern, very comfortable for two families (7people) and just in front of the slopes. Anastride was very friendly and super responsive. The flat location is perfect for access to the slopes, ski rental and the huge windows with a view on the mountain it was great surprise. The rooms are spacious and with plenty of storage. The hammam, sauna and pool can be very busy in high season, but otherwise good and the children enjoy the outdoor heated pool. Definitely recommend.

We spent 1 night at Camille's apartment. It is located 15 minutes' walk from Old Town Annecy. Clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation. Parking space inside the residence, a significant point in Annecy. The bathtub with massage jets is a big plus!! Responsive and friendly host. I would recommend it

Having quickly decided to stay in Annecy, we found this apartment. Elodie responded quickly and we moved into an apartment in the heart of the city. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Plus the hot tub! Thanks for the tea, coffee, clean towels and other details. Just be aware there is no elevator but otherwise everything is amazing. Thank you very much Elodie.
