Charming house (10 people) recently renovated, with cozy cottage (2 people) in the garden rented together in July/August only. Located in Col de Bluffy, the house is 7 minutes from the lake and 30 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts. Bus (line Y62). Large outdoor garden of 1800 m2 with ping pong table, petanque court and barbecue. 4 x 8 m swimming pool, secured by roller shutter.
